摘要: A blister pack has a main sheet unitarily formed with an array of pockets each dimensioned to receive a respective object and a frangible foil overlying a front face of the sheet and closing the pockets so that objects in the pockets are hermetically sealed therein by the foil. A pair of guides unitarily formed with the main sheet flank the array of pockets. A protective panel having an array of holes substantially identical to the array of pockets overlies the foil and is displaceable in the guides between a rest position with the holes at least partially offset from the pockets and the panel blocking the pockets and a dispensing position with the holes aligned with the pockets. A spring web unitarily formed with the sheet and with the panel urges the panel into the rest position.

The step of aligning a packaging box comprises the steps of positioning the at least one stop element in a first position, in which it projects into the transport path; conveying the packaging box against the at least one stop element until each section of the packaging box facing the at least one stop element is resting against it; and moving the at least one stop element into a second position, in which it does not project into the transport path and thus releases the aligned packaging box for further transport.

摘要: Several blister packs are picked simultaneously from pick positions, where they are arranged next to each other in a first row, moved, and placed simultaneously in several place positions. The at least one item to be packaged is conveyed in a conveying direction to a transfer position by the linear motor transport device. After that, the at least one item to be packaged is moved from the transfer position to the transfer area, where the container is filled with the at least one item to be packaged. Then, the filled container is moved from the transfer area to the transport device and is transported onward by the transport device in the conveying direction.

The blister pockets comprise a two-level shape with a first recess and second recess situated lower down. A lidding film is sealed to the webs of the bottom film and to a strip of active material, which is arranged in each blister pocket. The medicinal product is accommodated in the second recess, and the strip of active material is accommodated in the first recess. The first recess comprises, in a bottom area thereof, a peripheral rib, which extends around the second recess, or at least two projecting knobs, which are arranged next to the second recess, wherein the strip of active material rests on the rib or on the knobs.

摘要: In the method for transferring blister packs from a first and a second pick position to a common place position, the blister packs in the first and second pick positions are arranged next to each other in a row and are each outwardly offset from the longitudinal center plane of the transfer unit. Then the two blister packs are picked successively by two suction arms and placed from above in the place position, which is in the area of the longitudinal center plane. 摘要: The transport device for conveying products comprises at least one pair of movable slides and an endless guide rail for guiding the at least one pair of slides, one behind the other, in a variable conveying direction. A linear motor drive device serves to drive the at least one pair of slides.
