The heated film is forced against the trays in response to a valve venting a region of the vacuum chamber adjacent to the heated film.

The cavities can be filled, e.g., by a pharmacy or other entity, based on the requirements of a user, such as the medications requirements of a patient. Therefore, as an example, the user can be a patient and the pills can be or include medications such as prescription drugs, as examples. Once filled, the backing can be applied to the blister sheet to seal the pills in their respective cavities.

A cargo sealing-package apparatus comprises a larger plastic film coated with a layer of adhesive and an appropriate-thick paper base board, both larger than a cargo, and cushion elements with elasticity are adapted to protrusions extending from the cargo. The cargo is first placed flat onto the base board and, together, moved to a conveying platform of a preparation area (a cargo-feeding zone) to be transported into a working area (a vacuum-molding zone) and lifted upwards via an ascending/descending machine into a vacuum-heating area, bringing up air to inflate the plastic film undergoing pre-heating operation. Then, the air is drawn out to thermo-seal the plastic film around the shape of the cargo and adhere it in vacuum-binding onto the surface of the base board. Finally, the cargo accurately bound in a vacuum space is moved to a cargo-outlet area, achieving the benefits of anti-shock, humid-proof, dustproof, and anti-oxidized functions thereby.

The invention relates to a method for packaging piece-items in a disposable packaging, and to a disposable packaging. A labelled support card comprising at least one gas-impermeable layer is provided with at least one piece-item. The projected bearing surface of the piece-item and a joint surface of the labelled support card surrounding said bearing surface are smaller than the largest gas-impermeable layer. Openings are made around said joint surface along a closed three-dimensional curve, piercing at least all the gas-impermeable layers. The fitted support card is covered by a gas-impermeable extensible film. The space defined by the extensible film and the support card is evacuated by means of the openings. At least one joint surface of the extensible film enters into adhesive contact with at least one joint surface of the labelled support card, forming a sealed joint.
