    Abstract: A packaging assembly that includes a carton and an inner member. The carton includes a first flap located within an inner portion thereof. The inner member is configured to be received in the inner portion of the carton. The inner member has an extension that is configured to engage the first flap to restrict the inner member from being separated from the carton. The free end of the first flap includes a cutout.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an aluminium lidding foil for blister pack comprising a) a layer of aluminum foil, b) a layer of adhesive, c) and a layer of thin polymer film. The adhesive which is a solvent free adhesive is applied in between the aluminium foil layer and the thin polymer film layer. The outer surface of the aluminium foil is used for printing product details. The inner surface of the polymer film facing the aluminium foil can also be used for printing using any inks including anti-counterfeit ink. The polymer layer laminated to the inner surface of the aluminium foil acts as a barrier and prevents direct contact of printing ink with medicines/confectionery products packed in the blister pack. The thin polymer film eliminates possibility of chemical contamination into the product and the problem of residual solvents in present heat seal lacquer coated blister lidding foil.

    Abstract: A method for producing a blister tube having multiple blister pouches with information over a large area and optimized for an inspection system, is provided. A packaging material web having cover sections with a transmission of less than 60% in the visible frequency range extending in the longitudinal direction of the packaging material web, a transparent material area with a transmission of greater than 80% in the visible frequency range extending in the longitudinal direction parallel to the cover sections and to multiple data sections is provided to a packaging device. Pouch-specific data are printed onto a data section and a sub-section of the packaging material web is shaped into a receiving area. A cover section and the printed data section are assigned to each receiving area. Small piece goods are fed to the receiving area and a blister pouch is formed. Devices and blister tubes are also provided.
