Abstract: A method for producing aqueous hydrochloric acid from flue gases is provided. The method comprises conveying water to a first scrubber (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702) or to a line (112b, 212b, 312b, 412b, 512b, 712b, 712c) to use the water in a scrubbing liquid of the first scrubber. The method also comprises providing flue gas containing chlorides into the first scrubber (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702) and scrubbing the flue gas containing chlorides with the scrubbing liquid by contacting the flue gas with the scrubbing liquid in the first scrubber (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702). Dilute hydrochloric acid and a flue gas derivate (104, 204, 304, 404, 504, 704) are produced. The method comprises letting out at least some of the dilute hydrochloric acid from the first scrubber (102, 202, 302, 402, 502, 602, 702) as a scrubber bleed, separating solids suspended by the scrubber bleed in a solids separator (192, 592, 692), conveying the scrubber bleed from the solids separator (192, 592, 692) into an evaporation vessel (194, 594, 694) and concentrating the scrubber bleed in the evaporation vessel (194, 594, 694) to produce hydrochloric acid vapor having a concentration of 5-22 wt-%. A corresponding system is also provided.

Abstract: A support assembly (40) for supporting the furnace (22) of a boiler (10) to a support frame (12) of the boiler. The support assembly comprises a first and second assembly parts (56, 8). The first assembly part (56) attaches a pipe (18), f.ex. a downcomer, to a supporting beam (32, 88). The second assembly part (58) attaches the same pipe (18) to another supporting beam (30, 86). The support assembly (40) may be obliquely positioned. Alternatively, the support frame further comprises an oblique, connecting supporting beam (84) that connects the first and second assembly parts. In this case, the first and second assembly parts attach the pipe to the connecting supporting beam (84). The first and second assembly parts define first and second points of support (52, 4) that transmit loads. The first or second assembly part may be a hanger rod. A boiler plant comprises the above-mentioned boiler, support frame for the boiler and support assembly.

Abstract: A traversable measuring device (15) for determining a cross direction profile of a property of a moving lignocellulose-containing fiber web (2). The measuring device has a property measuring sensor (23) for determining a measurement result representing the property of the web at multiple cross directional measurement positions (P1, P2, P3, P4), a position measuring sensor (24) for determining the cross directional measurement position of the property measuring sensor associating to the respective measurement result, and an analysis device (25) for receiving the measurement results and the respective cross directional measurement positions (P1, P2, P3, P4) and for allocating the measurement results with the respective cross directional measurement positions for forming the cross direction profile of the web property (2). The measuring device has a mounting bracket (16) that is detachably fixable with quick clamping for fastening the measuring device at a measurement site in a fiber web machine (1).

Abstract: An industrial textile (6) for manufacturing a fibrous web has first machine direction yarns (1) on the front side (7) which bind to first cross-machine direction yarns (4) in a first pattern, while second machine direction yarns (2) on the back side bind to second cross-machine direction yarns (5) in a second pattern. Third machine direction yarns (3) bind to the first cross-machine direction yarns (4) and the second cross-machine direction yarns (5) in a third pattern. The third pattern has at least one interlacing point (71) on the front side where one of the third machine direction yarns (3) passes over one of the first cross-machine direction yarns (4) and at least one interlacing point (72) on the back side (8) where the same third machine direction yarn (3) passes under one of the second cross-machine direction yarns (5).

Abstract: A heat exchanger (10) comprising a first heat transfer tube (100) having a first primary straight part (101) and a first secondary straight part (103), the straight parts (101, 103) extending parallel in a first plane (P) in a longitudinal direction (di). The heat exchanger (10) comprises a first primary bond part (510) having a first primary surface (511), an opposite first secondary surface (512) and a first tertiary surface (513), the first tertiary surface (513) extending from the first primary surface (511) to the first secondary surface (512). On the first tertiary surface (513), a first primary hole (514) and a first secondary hole (515), are provided, both extending through the first primary bond part (510) in the longitudinal direction (dl). The heat exchanger (10) comprises a first secondary bond part (520) having a second primary hole (524) and a second secondary hole (525), both extending through the first secondary bond part (520) in the longitudinal direction (dl) on a second tertiary surface (523) from a second primary surface (521) to a second secondary surface (522). The first primary bond part (510) has been welded to the first secondary bond part (520) to form a first primary bond (530) that bonds parts of the first heat exchanger tube (100). Thus, the first primary bond (530) limits a first primary aperture (533) and a first secondary aperture (534) formed by the holes (514, 515, 524, 525), wherein straight parts (101, 103) extend through the first primary bond (530) via the apertures (533, 534).

Abstract: A method for monitoring a machine element in a paper finishing machine (10). The machine element mounted for rotation machine elements (16-19) equipped with a sensor assembly (24) measuring force or pressure, and a counter-pair (15, 20, 33, 44) for said machine element. The machine element is made to rotate against the counter-pair, a measurement signal (25) is generated between the machine element and the counter-pair with the sensor assembly, and recording a reference cross-directional profile (21) of force or pressure generated. Condition monitoring (38) of vibration with the reference profile is by comparison of current signals with the reference so as to detect periodic variation (39.1, 39.2) in the cross-directional pressure profile, and producing visual information (37) from the analysis for monitoring. The invention also relates to a corresponding system, a rotating machine element for the method or the system, and a computer program product.
