An overload control device and a method thereof in a radio network controller are disclosed. One embodiment of the present invention includes i) a load measuring unit, measuring a load of a radio network controller every predetermined time, ii) an overload determining unit, determining whether an overload is generated by comparing the measured load with a predetermined critical value, iii) a parameter setting unit, setting a parameter of a call admission ratio according to an overload level if the overload is generated as the result of determining, the call admission ratio indicating a ratio of a maximum transmitting output as compared with an admitted transmitting output of a base station and iv) a call connection setting control unit, transmitting to the radio network controller a call connection setting signal to limit new call connection setting of a base station having a total transmitting output value which is larger than an admitted transmitting output value set by the parameter of the call admission ratio of the base station among all base stations pertained to the radio network controller.

A video processing apparatus includes a memory to store auxiliary video data therein; a data updating unit to transmit the auxiliary video data to be updated to the memory at a first transmission speed and update the auxiliary video data; a data processing unit having a second transmission speed which is slower than the first transmission speed, as a speed of data transmission to the memory, to read out the auxiliary video data stored in the memory and output it as overlapped with predetermined video data; a switching unit to connect either of the data updating unit or the data processing unit to the memory; and a control unit to control the switching unit so that the data updating unit is connected to the memory, when the data updating unit updates the auxiliary video data. Accordingly, the loading speed of the auxiliary video data can be enhanced.

The present invention relates to a medicinal fluid flow rate control apparatus and a medicinal fluid injector including the medicinal fluid flow control apparatus. The medicinal fluid flow rate control apparatus includes: an operation knob being able to be turned; a plurality of medicinal fluid delivery lines each having an elastically deformable tube and arranged such that the tubes are arranged at different heights at a side from the operation knob; a tube support member supporting the tubes; a medicinal fluid converger converging medicinal fluids from the medicinal fluid delivery lines into one stream; and a pipe switch selectively pressing or releasing the tubes to open or block all of the medicinal fluid delivery lines or block some of the medicinal fluid delivery lines, depending on a rotational angle of the operation knob.

An overload control device is disclosed. In one embodiment, the device includes a load measuring unit configured to measure the load of a radio network controller, wherein the network controller is in data communication with a plurality of base stations and an overload determining unit configured to determine whether an overload has occurred in the network controller based, at least in part, on the comparison of the measured load and a predetermined load. The device may further include a call connection controller configured to limit a new call connection setting of at least one base station which has a total transmission output greater than an allowed transmission output. The total transmission output indicates a power output of the base station for transmitting at least one call during a predetermined period. The allowed transmission output may vary according to the determined overload.
