Abstract:
A clock generator and generating method, and a mobile communication device using the clock generator. A clock generator comprises a first accumulator, an oscillating signal generating circuit and a frequency adjustment circuit. The oscillating signal generating circuit generates a first oscillating signal and adjusts a frequency of the first oscillating signal according to a first overflow output signal of the first accumulator. The frequency adjustment circuit generates a frequency control value according to the first oscillating signal and a reference oscillating signal. The first accumulator accumulates the frequency control value according to the first oscillating signal to generate the first overflow output signal.
Abstract:
An adjustment device includes a seat brace including lower and upper support plates fixed thereon, respectively. A back brace includes a second end tightly disposed between the lower and upper support plates of the seat brace, with friction generated between the lower and upper support plates and the second end of the back brace, respectively. A locating portion is defined on the second end of the back brace. An adjustment unit includes an end pivotally connected to the seat brace and another end opposite to the actuated element and exposed outside of the adjustment device for use. An actuated element is mounted on the adjustment unit relative to the locating portion and connected to the locating portion.
Abstract:
A control device for use in a chair is disclosed to include a casing fastened to the chair at the bottom side, a control rod pivoted to the casing, and an operating handle pivoted to the control rod and turnable between an operative position for rotation by the user to bias the control rod to further control rotation/lifting of the chair and a collapsed non-operative position to reduce space occupation of the chair for delivery.

Abstract:
A real-time, localized and mobile matching method for proxy purchase includes the following steps: position information of several default purchasing agents is received. At least one purchase request is received from at least one client. The purchase request includes information of at least one product to be purchased and location of at least one vendor of the product to be purchased. Candidate purchasing agents, position information of which corresponds to the location of the vendor of the product to be purchased, are filtered from the default purchasing agents. The information of the candidate purchasing agents is transmitted to the client, such that a selection signal, which includes information of a selected purchasing agent selected from the candidate purchasing agents, is received from the client. The purchase request is transmitted to the selected purchasing agent through a wireless communication network.
Abstract:
A real-time and localized matching method for group purchase includes the following steps: a group purchase database, which stores information of several present group purchase activities, is provided. A present position of a client is received. Nearby group purchase activities held near the client are sifted from the present group purchase activities and provided to the client. A selection message, which includes information of a group purchase activity selected from the nearby group purchase, is received from the client. The client's shopping list for the selected group purchase activity is obtained from the client to register the client's shopping list to the shopping list of the selected group purchase activity in the group purchase database. The contact information of the selected group purchase activity is transmitted to the client if the registered shopping list of the selected group purchase activity satisfies the discount condition of the selected group purchase activity.
Abstract:
A reclining apparatus includes a base, a reclining element and a control element. The base is arranged between a seat and a post of a chair. The reclining element is connected to a backrest of the chair and pivotally installed on the base. The reclining element defines a series of apertures. The control element is installed on the base so that the control element is moved on the base while it is rotated on the base. The control element includes a tip for removable insertion into one of the series of apertures defined by the reclining element, thus retaining the backrest on a selected one of several angular positions on the seat.
Abstract:
A reclining apparatus is disclosed for a chair that includes a backrest and a seat. The reclining apparatus includes a frame and a linkage installed on the frame in order to support the backrest pivotally and the seat movably so that the seat is kept substantially horizontal when the backrest is reclined.
Abstract:
A ring-type voltage-controlled oscillator with a good duty cycle for use in a PLL frequency synthesizer. The delay cell circuit used in the ring-type VCO comprises two first inverters, two resistance units, and a differential delay circuit. The inverters receive respective differential input signals and generate respective differential signals to resistance units. The differential delay circuit is coupled to the resistance units, generating differential output signals which are a delayed version of the differential input signals. The resistance units have a resistance value adjusted according to a resistance control voltage for controlling the strength of inverters so as to alter the time delay of the first and second differential output signals.
Abstract:
A tilt control structure for controlling the tilt angle of the back of a chair is disclosed to include a positioning unit affixed to the back of the chair, a control unit affixed the to seat of the chair and pivoted to the positioning unit, the control unit having an engagement block for engaging the positioning unit to lock the back of the chair, an actuating block coupled to the engagement block through a spring member, and an operating handle turnable between a first position where the spring member is forced by the actuating block to move the engagement block into engagement with the positioning unit and a second position where the spring member is reversed to disengage the engagement from the positioning unit.
