    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a remote sensing system. The remote sensing system includes an article of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a display panel configured to be viewed by a wearer of the article of PPE. The remote sensing system further includes a plurality of sensors disposed remotely from the article of PPE. Each of the sensors is configured to generate a respective signal. The remote sensing system further includes a processor communicably coupled to the plurality of sensors and the display panel of the article of PPE. The processor is configured to receive the respective signals from the plurality of sensors. The processor is further configured to select at least one signal from the respective signals. The processor then determines at least one critical message corresponding to the at least one signal.

The system further includes a safety module configured to selectively generate an alert signal based on a motion status of the user of the PPE article. The system further includes a transceiver unit configured to wirelessly transmit and receive data. The system further includes a controller communicably coupled to the memory, the safety module and the transceiver unit. The controller is configured to retrieve the user identification from the memory upon receiving the alert signal from the safety module. The controller is further configured to convert the user identification into a speech data. The controller is further configured to transmit the speech data through the transceiver unit.

    Abstract: A system includes personal protective equipment (PPE) configured to be worn by an agent. The PPE includes a sensor assembly configured to generate sensor data including one or more of motion data, heading data, and inertial data. The system also includes at least one computing device configured to receive the sensor data from the sensor assembly. The at least one computing device is also configured to generate pose data of the agent based on the sensor data in response to a series of movements by the agent away from an arrival point. The pose data includes an agent location, an agent heading, and a movement activity type for each pose in a series of poses. The at least one computing device is further configured to generate a navigation path based on the pose data.

    Abstract: A filter predicted capacity estimation system is presented that includes a parameter retriever that retrieves parameter information for an atmosphere around the filter. The system includes a parameter trend retriever that retrieves historical parameter indications from a database. The system also includes a real time capacity estimator that, based on the parameter information retrieved, and solves a set of controlling equations to generate an estimated capacity.
