Abstract: A UE may coordinate the use of a low Power Wake-Up Radio (LR) and a main radio (MR) to determine a Radio Resource Management (RRM) measurement. The UE may enter a deep sleep state by turning off a MR and turning on a LR. The UE may measure the serving cell quality when in the deep sleep state, and enter a normal state by turning on the MR, when the serving cell quality is less than a threshold. The UE may perform a neighbor cell measurement, when in the normal state when a serving cell measurement meets a criteria.

For example, a UE can be connected to a base station DU via a first cell and can be configured with information about a second cell. This information can indicate whether an LTM association exists between the first cell and the second cell (e.g., whether these two cells are provided by the same base station DU or not).
