摘要： Systems and methods for small data transmissions (SDTs) between a user equipment (UE) and a network are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the UE determines whether to perform an SDT procedure by comparing its own mobility state to an SDT mobility state condition provided by the network. The UE may also determine whether to perform the SDT procedure by comparing the size of user plane (UP) data to be sent with the SDT procedure to an SDT mobility-based data amount threshold provided by the network. Upon entering an RRC_INACTIVE state, the UE may start a validity timer relative to any such SDT mobility state condition and/or SDT mobility-based data amount threshold, and invalidate these once the validity timer expires. In some disclosed embodiments, the UE reports its determined mobility state to the network during an SDT procedure so that the network can accordingly select configuration parameters for SDT procedures.

摘要： Various radio resource management techniques may be implemented to reduce in-device coexistence issues and/or interference between a Uu link established between a mobile device (first UE) and a base station (first NB), and a sidelink/PC5 link established between the first UE and another mobile device (second UE), where the second UE is served by a different base station (second NB). The first UE may receive, from the first NB, measurement configuration information that enables/configures the first UE to report to the NB any indication(s) of issues caused by communications between the first UE and the second UE over the PC5 link affecting communications between the first UE and the first NB over the Uu link, and/or communications over the Uu link affecting communications over the PC5 link. The first NB may analyze the feedback from the first UE and may implement mitigation measures to reduce/eliminate any interference and/or in-device-coexistence issues.

The configuration includes an indication of non-integer periodicity of the DL SPS or the UL CG. Additionally, the method determines an occurrence of the DL SPS or the UL CG based on the received configuration for the DL SPS or the UL CG to determine a periodicity of a packet generation. Thereafter, the method transmits or receives data based on the configuration for the DL SPS or the UL CG.

The V2X connection information may include a V2X identifier associated with the UE and a V2X identifier associated with a target UE. The UE may receive, from the base station, a side-link configuration for data transmission with the target UE. The side-link configuration may include a resource allocation defined in time and frequency (e.g., a transmit/receive pool). The UE may communicate with the target UE using the resource allocation included in the side-link configuration.

摘要： When a user equipment (UE) encounters a radio link failure condition, the UE may transmit a radio link failure report to a network. The report may include information defining the radio link monitoring (RLM) resources of a current RLM configuration. The information may take the form of a resource bitmap or a list of resource identifiers/indices. The network may use the information (and radio resource management measurements) to determine whether the radio link failure occurred due to misconfiguration of RLM resources for the UE. In cases where the network does not provide RLM configuration, the UE may omit the bitmap (or list), or populate the bitmap with all zeros, or populate the bitmap (or list) according to a currently active Transmission Configuration Indication (TCI) state, which is indicated by downlink control information (DCI).

The indication may be transmitted on resources selected based on one or more conditions. One or more priority rules may be used to resolve collisions. The UE may further make an assumption of a beam or beams to use for communications with the secondary cell following the link failure and prior to receiving an indication from the network of a selected beam.
