    摘要： A mobile IP communication scheme in which a visited site or nearby network of a mobile computer is utilized as a temporal home network of a mobile computer. The mobile computer exchanges a message with a mobile computer management device provided in a visited site or nearby network from a visited site, so as to acquire a network configuration information of the visited site or nearby network, and sets the acquired network configuration information in a communication program to be used in carrying out communications. The mobile computer management device leases a temporal home address to be used by an externally located mobile computer in response to a request message from the mobile computer, and registers the mobile computer as a mobile node which regards a network to which the mobile computer management device belongs as a home network, in response to a registration message from the mobile computer.

    摘要： A mobile computing scheme capable of carrying out a proper packet transfer according to a current location of the mobile computer by accounting for the network operating policy. A mobile computer carries out a prescribed communication processing according to recognition results as to whether the mobile computer is located inside or outside the home network at which a mobile computer management device of the mobile computer is provided, and whether or not there exists a packet processing device which has a packet transmitted by at least one of the mobile computer and a correspondent computer as an encryption and authentication processing target. Also, a packet processing device carries out a prescribed transfer processing according to recognition results as to whether at least one of a source computer and a destination computer of a packet to be transferred is a moving mobile computer which is moving outside its home network, and whether or not there exists a packet processing device which has a packet transmitted by at least one of the source computer and the destination computer as an encryption and authentication processing target.

    摘要： A communication control in a communication network system using a mobile computer, capable of realizing flexible address control and management for the mobile computer. When the mobile computer is located within a home network, a communication with the mobile computer is carried out by transferring data using a home address specific to the mobile computer which is a private address. When the mobile computer is located within an external own organization network, a communication with the mobile computer is carried out by routing data to the external own organization network using a care-of address indicating a current visited location of the mobile computer in the system which is a global address, and addressing the mobile computer within the external own organization network using the home address. When the mobile computer is located within an external other organization network, a communication with the mobile computer is carried out by routing data to the external other organization network using the care-of address, and addressing the mobile computer within the external other organization network using a mobile address assigned to the mobile computer at a time of moving outside the own organization networks which is a global address.
