Abstract: A display panel includes a pixel array substrate, a plurality of vertical light emitting devices and a flip-chip light emitting device. The pixel array substrate has a first pixel area and a second pixel area. The vertical light emitting devices are disposed in the first pixel area and the second pixel area and electrically connected to the pixel array substrate. The flip-chip light emitting device is disposed in the second pixel area and electrically connected to the pixel array substrate. A color of an emitted light beam of the flip-chip light emitting device and a color of an emitted light beam of one of the vertical light emitting devices located in the first pixel area are identical.

Abstract: The light emitting diode display apparatus including a first substrate, a plurality of light emitting diodes, an adhesive layer, a color layer, and a second substrate is provided. The first substrate has a plurality of switching elements. The light emitting diode includes a first semiconductor layer, a plurality of second semiconductor layers, a plurality of light emitting layers, a first electrode, and a plurality of second electrodes. The first electrode is disposed on the first semiconductor layer. The second electrodes are respectively disposed on the corresponding second semiconductor layers. Each of the second electrodes is electrically connected to the corresponding switching element. The adhesive layer and the first substrate are respectively located at two opposite sides of the light emitting diode. The color layer is disposed on the first substrate and covers the adhesive layer and the light emitting diode. The second substrate is disposed opposite to the first substrate.

Abstract: A pixel light emitting device including a substrate, a plurality of light emitting elements and a shading layer disposed around each of the light emitting elements is provided. Each of the light emitting elements includes a first electrode layer disposed on the substrate, a second electrode layer not contacting with the first electrode layer, a first semiconductor layer disposed on the first electrode layer, a second semiconductor layer disposed on the second electrode layer and covering the first semiconductor layer, a light emitting layer disposed on the second semiconductor layer, a third semiconductor layer disposed on the light emitting layer, and at least one first penetrator, which penetrates the light emitting layer and the second semiconductor layer to form an electrical connection between the first semiconductor layer and the third semiconductor layer.
