The present disclosure relates to an array substrate, a method of fabricating the same, and a display panel. The array substrate includes a conductive layer formed on the base substrate, a dielectric layer formed on the conductive layer, wherein the dielectric layer has an opening exposing the conductive layer, wherein a vertical projection of the opening on the base substrate is in at least a portion of the pixel spacing region, a first electrode formed on the dielectric layer, a luminescent layer having a first portion on the first electrode and a second portion on the conductive layer in the opening, a second electrode formed on the luminescent layer, and an electrical connection portion in the second portion of the luminescent layer for providing an electrical connection from the conductive layer to the second electrode, and wherein the electrical connection portion is more conductive than the luminescent layer.

The present invention discloses a pixel unit, which comprises a pixel defining layer defining a pixel region, a first electrode within a central area of the pixel region, an organic-light-emitting-display-device functional layer formed within the pixel region and on the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on the organic-light-emitting-display-device functional layer, an area of a bottom plane of the organic-light-emitting-display-device functional layer being larger than that of an upper surface of the first electrode. The pixel defining layer comprises first and second pixel defining portions having ring-shaped structures, the first pixel defining portion has an inner side surface defining the pixel region, and the second pixel defining portion has an outer side surface in contact with the inner side surface of the first pixel defining portion, and is disposed around the first electrode. The first pixel defining portion has a thickness greater than the second pixel defining portion.

A pixel defining layer, a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel are provided. The pixel defining layer comprises a first sub-defining layer, a light absorbing layer, and a second sub-defining layer sequentially stacked on a substrate. The light absorbing layer is used for absorbing light for exposing the first sub-defining layer. An orthographic projection of the light absorbing layer on the substrate covers the outer edge of an orthographic projection of the first sub-defining layer on the substrate away from the surface of the substrate.

Provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure are an array substrate, a method for preparing the same, and a display device. The method for preparing the array substrate includes: providing a base substrate and forming a film including an organic material and responsive particles on the base substrate; and applying at least one of an electric field and a magnetic field to the film. The responsive particles drive the organic material to flow under the at least one of the electric field and the magnetic field, thereby planarizing the film to form an organic layer. By adding particles in the organic material that respond to at least one of an electric field and a magnetic field, responsive particles move under the action of the applied electric field and/or magnetic field, and the organic material is driven to be moved along with the movement of the responsive particles.
