Abstract: A microfluidic device includes a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to each other. A light-emitting layer, a first driving layer, and a first hydrophobic layer are on surface of the first substrate facing the second substrate; and first hydrophobic layer is disposed near second substrate; a photosensitive layer, a second driving layer and a second hydrophobic layer are on surface of the second substrate facing the first substrate; and second hydrophobic layer is disposed near first hydrophobic layer, and a gap for holding a droplet is between second hydrophobic layer and first hydrophobic layer; the first and second driving layers are configured to drive the droplet to move within the gap when applied with a driving voltage; the light-emitting layer is configured to emit light with a set wavelength toward the gap; and the photosensitive layer is configured to generate an induced current according to received light.

Abstract: An irradiation assembly is provided, which is configured to heat and cure a package piece having a first region and a second region, the first region having a first adhesive material therein and the second region having a second adhesive material therein different from the first adhesive material, the irradiation assembly comprising: a light source assembly, configured to emit a first light heating the first adhesive material and to emit a second light curing the second adhesive material; and the package piece is an assembly configured to encapsulate electronic components accommodated therein, the first region is provided with the electronic components and is filled up with the first adhesive material encapsulating the electronic components, and the second region is arranged at periphery of the first region and is filled with the second adhesive material surrounding the first adhesive material.

Abstract: A method of transferring a plurality of mero light emitting diodes (micro LEDs) to a target substrate s provided. The method includes providing a plurality of transfer strips, a respective one of the plurality of transfer strips including a plurality of holding cells sequentially arranged along a first direction; transferring a plurality of micro LEDs onto the plurality of holding cells of the plurality of transfer strips; and aligning the plurality of transfer strips having the plurality of micro LEDs transferred thereon with respect to each other, to form an array of micro LEDs in which micro LEDs from different transfer strips of the plurality of transfer strips we aligned along a second direction and micro LEDs from a same transfer strip of the plurality of transfer strips are aligned along the first direction, the second direction being different from the first direction.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a flexible substrate, a production method of a flexible substrate, and a display apparatus. The flexible substrate comprises a flexible base and a flexible thin film, and the flexible thin film adheres to the flexible base. The flexible thin film is used to absorb and store heat when the temperature of the flexible base is higher than a first threshold temperature and to release heat when the temperature of the flexible base is lower than a second threshold temperature so as to adjust the temperature of the flexible base.
