    Abstract: The present application relates to a display substrate, a method of manufacturing thereof and a display device. The display substrate includes a base and sub-pixels on the base. Each of the sub-pixels includes a light-emitting device. The light-emitting device includes an anode layer, a light-emitting material layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode layer; the light-emitting device includes at least one electron injection layer, and the light-emitting device further includes at least one high impedance layer. The high impedance layer includes a first high impedance film layer, at least one second high impedance film layer located between the first high impedance film layer and the cathode layer, and at least one third high impedance film layer located between the first high impedance film layer and the electron injection layer; a resistivity of the first high impedance film layer is respectively higher than a resistivity of the second high impedance film layer and a resistivity of the third high impedance film layer; the resistivity of the first high impedance film layer, the resistivity of the second high impedance film layer, and the resistivity of the third high impedance film layer are respectively higher than a resistivity of the cathode layer and a resistivity of the electron injection layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an organic light-emitting device and a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device. The organic light-emitting device includes: a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, and an organic light-emitting layer sandwiched between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer, wherein the first electrode layer includes a first transparent conductive layer, a nanostructured layer and a second transparent conductive layer sequentially, and the second transparent conductive layer is closer to the organic light-emitting layer than the first transparent conductive layer. In the organic light-emitting device, silver nanowires or carbon nanotubes can be introduced between the two transparent conductive layers of the first electrode layer, which facilitates the injection equilibrium of electrons-holes, thereby improving the quantum efficiency. Therefore, the organic light-emitting device has a high luminous efficiency.

    Abstract: Provided are a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a substrate; sub-pixels on a side of the substrate, where the sub-pixels include light-emitting layers respectively, and each of at least one light-emitting layer includes an internal region and an edge region surrounding the internal region; and a first structure layer, on a light-emitting side of the light-emitting layers, and including lens sets each including microlenses, where the lens sets correspond to the sub-pixels one by one. The lens set includes a first region corresponding to the internal region and a second region corresponding to the edge region, and a density of microlenses in the second region is smaller than a density of mircolenses in the first region. According to the present disclosure, a display effect is improved.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a display substrate, a display substrate, and a display device. The uniformity of film thicknesses of light-emitting functional layers in sub-pixel regions of different colors can be achieved, the effective aperture ratio of the sub-pixel regions of different colors can be ensured, and the service life of the device can be prolonged. The manufacturing method includes: providing a base substrate, the base substrate including a plurality of sub-pixel regions of different colors; printing a solution of a light-emitting functional layer in each sub-pixel region, in which the volumes of the solution in the sub-pixel regions of different colors are positively correlated with the saturated vapor pressure of the solution; and performing vacuum drying on the solution to form light-emitting functional layers having uniform film thicknesses.
