摘要: An embodiment of this disclosure discloses a touch panel. The touch panel comprises a first substrate and a second substrate opposite to the first substrate. The touch panel further comprises a plurality of magnetic protrusions arranged on the first substrate and protruding towards the second substrate. The touch panel further comprises a first coil group and a second coil group, the first coil group comprises a plurality of coils extending in a first direction, and the second coil group comprises a plurality of coils extending in a second direction. The first coil group and the second coil group are stacked on the second substrate and insulated from each other. The coils of the first and second coil group and corresponding magnetic protrusions constitute a plurality of inductive sensors.

摘要: A touch display panel, methods for manufacturing and driving the touch display panel and a display device are provided. The touch display panel includes an array substrate including matrix-arranged touch electrodes and matrix-arranged pixel units. Each touch electrode includes multiple common electrodes. One touch lead is arranged between every two adjacent columns of pixel units. Each touch electrode is connected to a pin of the touch chip via a corresponding touch lead. The common electrodes further function as the touch electrodes in a touch phase.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a pixel driving circuit, a display substrate and a driving method thereof, and a display device. The pixel driving circuit includes a driving unit, a data voltage write unit, an energy storage unit, a threshold compensation unit, and a touch driving compensation unit. The energy storage unit comprises a first energy storage end and a second energy storage end. The touch driving compensation unit is connected to the second energy storage end of the energy storage unit to compensate the voltage of the second energy storage end in a touch phase, so as to maintain that driving current generated by the driving unit does not vary with time. The pixel driving circuit provided by the present disclosure can allow luminance of a driven electroluminescent element does not vary with time in a touch phase, thereby avoiding affecting light emission display of the driven electroluminescent element.

摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate, a method for driving the array substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus. The array substrate comprises: a plurality of repetition units each comprising a plurality of sub-pixels, one of the plurality of sub-pixels having a palm print recognition unit, each sub-pixel having a display unit connected to a first scan line and a data line and configured to be turned on or off under control of the first scan line, a data signal being inputted to the display unit from the data line while the display unit is on; and a touch control electrode connected to a touch control electrode line and configured to identify a touch control position. The palm print recognition unit is connected to a second scan line, a control voltage terminal and a read signal line, and configured to collect a palm print signal based on the touch control position identified by the touch control electrode under control of the control voltage terminal, and to output the collected palm print signal to the reach signal line under control of the second scan line.

摘要: An in cell touch panel and a method for driving the same, and a display device are provided. A transparent conductive layer is divided into second touch electrodes and common electrodes, that is, a conventional entire common electrode layer is divided into second touch electrodes and common electrodes insulated from each other; accordingly, during a display operation, both the second touch electrodes and the common electrodes are applied with common electrode signals; and, during an touch operation, ones of the first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes are applied with touch scanning signals while the other ones of the first touch electrodes and the second touch electrodes are coupled to the touch scanning signals and perform outputting, so that a touch function and a display function are achieved by asynchronous drivings. The second touch electrodes are manufactured such that no additional steps should be included for sole manufacture of the second touch electrode.

The display driving module is further connected with the light emitting module. The light emitting module is further connected with an enable signal terminal, the first voltage terminal and a second voltage terminal. The fingerprint identification module is connected with a fourth signal terminal, a fifth signal terminal and a readout signal line respectively.

摘要: A touch display panel having a pressure detecting function, a display device and a driving method are provided. The touch display panel includes: an array substrate and a counter substrate that are arranged opposite to each other; a plurality of touch electrodes disposed on the counter substrate and a touch electrode wiring electrically connected to each of the touch electrodes; a plurality of pressure detecting electrodes disposed on the counter substrate or the array substrate and a pressure detecting electrode wiring electrically connected to each of the pressure detecting electrodes, wherein any one of the pressure detecting electrodes overlaps with at least one of the touch electrodes in a direction perpendicular to the counter substrate, and with respect to the pressure detecting electrode, the touch electrode is closer to a light exit side of the touch display panel.

摘要: The present invention provides a fingerprint recognition device, a display screen and a display device, which belong to the field of display technology and can solve the problem of high cost for conventional fingerprint recognition devices. The fingerprint recognition device of the present invention arranged at a light emitting side of a display panel includes a protection substrate, a glass base positioned under the protection substrate, a plurality of detecting electrodes formed on the glass base, capacitance being formed between the plurality of detecting electrodes and ridges or valleys of a fingerprint when touching occurs, and a control unit used to recognize the fingerprint based on the capacitance. The fingerprint recognition device of the present invention has a simple structure and a low cost.

摘要: The present application discloses a display panel having an array of a plurality of pixel units, each pixel unit including at least three subpixels for image display, at least some of the plurality of pixel units including a semiconductor photodetector for detecting biometric information; a plurality of first scan lines and a plurality of data lines, each first scan line being connected to a row of subpixels, each data line being connected to a column of subpixels; each subpixel including a first transistor for image display; a plurality of common voltage terminals, each common voltage terminal being connected to a semiconductor photodetector; a plurality of second scan lines, each second scan line being connected to a plurality of semiconductor photodetectors for providing a control voltage signal; each semiconductor photodetector having a second transistor; the second transistor being a phototransistor having a gate node connected to a corresponding second scan line for receiving the control voltage signal to turn on the second transistor, and a first node connected to a corresponding common voltage terminal; and a plurality of read lines, each read line being connected to each semiconductor photodetector in a column of pixel units.
