Abstract: A pressure sensing device, a display panel and a method of manufacturing the same, and a display device are provided. The pressure sensing device includes a columnar electrode assembly having at least one columnar electrode and at least one columnar insulating layer that are alternately stacked in an axial direction of a columnar electrode, and an annular electrode assembly that is disposed around the columnar electrode assembly. The annular electrode assembly includes at least one annular electrode and at least one annular insulating layer that are alternately stacked in the axial direction of the columnar electrode. The annular electrode assembly and the columnar electrode assembly are insulated from each other, and are configured to form a capacitor. At least one of the at least one annular insulating layer and the at least one columnar insulating layer is an elastic insulating layer.

Abstract: Fingerprint recognition driving circuit and method, fingerprint recognition module and touch screen are provided. The circuit includes: a first charge storing sub-circuit, a data acquiring sub-circuit configured to write output voltage of an ultrasonic sensor into a first end of the first charge storing sub-circuit, a driving sub-circuit including a driving transistor, a second charge storing sub-circuit, a circuit compensating sub-circuit configured to charge the second charge storing sub-circuit through the first charge storing sub-circuit and the driving transistor ill potential at a first end of the second charge storing sub-circuit equals the sum of output voltage of the ultrasonic sensor and threshold voltage of the driving transistor, and an output controlling sub-circuit configured to transmit a current signal output by the driving transistor to a signal reading circuit.

Abstract: A display includes a circuit board structure including a first circuit board and a second circuit board. The driving circuit includes a transistor having a semiconductor layer which is inside the silicon substrate. The second pad is electrically connected to the first pad.
