Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for requesting LTE RRC connection re-establishment and setting cause values as well as a terminal, and the connection re-establishment request method includes: an LTE terminal determines, according to the occurred scenario, which one of the following four types is the failure reason: radio resource failure, handoff failure, bottom layer error or UE-related error; and the LTE terminal initiates an RRC connection re-establishment request to the network side, wherein the RRC connection re-establishment request includes the failure cause value indicating the failure reason. The present invention can make the network side obtain the reason why the UE initiates the RRC re-establishment from RRC connection re-establishment request message, so as to take different subsequent operations with respect to these different failure reasons.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical preparation for tumor chemotherapy and a method for producing the same, the pharmaceutical preparation for tumor chemotherapy comprises cell vesicles derived from apoptotic tumor cells and chemotherapeutic drugs as active ingredients wrapped within the cell vesicles. The chemotherapeutic drugs contained within the pharmaceutical preparation are chemotherapeutic drugs containing active ingredients for the treatment of the tumors from which the cell vesicles are provided. The present invention also provides a method for producing the pharmaceutical preparation for tumor chemotherapy. The technical solutions provided by the present invention can selectively release the chemotherapeutic drugs to the tumor sites and maintain lasting medicinal effect, increasing their killing effects against tumor cells and reducing the toxic side-effect of the chemotherapeutic drugs to normal cells.
Abstract:
The disclosure discloses a method for terminating a location process, which comprises: after receiving a request for terminating location for a UE, a Serving Mobile Location Center (SMLC) sends a location process terminating instruction to a network element for performing location. The disclosure further discloses an apparatus for terminating a location process, which comprises: a receiving unit configured to receive a request for terminating location for a UE; and a sending unit configured to send a location process terminating instruction to a network element for performing location after receiving the request for terminating location for the UE. The disclosure enables location measurement for UE to be terminated in advance, and avoid the loss of power resulted from the unnecessary measurement for UE.
Abstract:
It is proposed a network element for enabling a user of an IPTV system to obtain media stream from a surveillance system and a corresponding method. Said network element comprises: a message processing means for translating a first message for obtaining media stream from said surveillance system upon receiving said first message from said IPTV system and forwarding the translated first message to a second server in said surveillance system; and a media transfer means for transferring media stream sent from said second server to said IPTV system.
Abstract:
Embodiments of plural application implementations in accordance with a unified data model are disclosed herein. A unified data model 102 may comprise contents104, threads 106 of contents, and categories 108 of threads, to which most application data are organized accordingly. Applications 110 may have extended data. Additionally, services 120 are pre-defined/provided to operate on data organized in accordance with the unified data model 102, including services to operate on contents 122, services to operate on threads 124 and services to operate categories 126. In various embodiments, a facility/utility may be further provided to instantiate a security database 130 for storing security settings for all or selected data items organized in accordance with the unified data model 102.
Abstract:
A method of compiling code includes identifying blocks of code that are execution equivalence pairs. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
Abstract:
Automatic software controlled caching generations in network applications are described herein. In one embodiment, a candidate representing a plurality of instructions of a plurality of threads that perform one or more external memory accesses is identified, where the external memory accesses have a substantially identical base address. One or more directives and/or instructions are inserted into an instruction stream corresponding to the identified candidate to maintain contents of at least one of a content addressable memory (CAM) and local memory (LM) of a processor, and to modify at least one of the external memory access to access at least one of the CAM and LM of the processor without having to perform the respective external memory access. Other methods and apparatuses are also described.
Abstract:
Methods and apparatus for merging critical sections are disclosed. An example disclosed system estimates the cost of merging a first critical section and a second critical section using a dataflow analysis on the first and second critical sections. In the example system, the first critical section and the second critical section are merged based on a least expensive cost of merging critical sections.
Abstract:
In some embodiments, a method and apparatus for automatically parallelizing a sequential network application through pipeline transformation are described. In one embodiment, the method includes the configuration of a network processor into a D-stage processor pipeline. Once configured, a sequential network application program is transformed into D-pipeline stages. Once transformed, the D-pipeline stages are executed in parallel within the D-stage processor pipeline. In one embodiment, transformation of a sequential application program is performed by modeling the sequential network program as a flow network model and selecting from the flow network model into a plurality of preliminary pipeline stages. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
