    Abstract: Medical systems are described, including a medical system that includes a sheath with at least one lumen configured to be coupled to a suction source, an irrigation device that includes at least one irrigation lumen configured to be coupled to an irrigation source, and a medical device that includes a handle and a shaft. The shaft may include a working channel with a distal opening, one or more illumination devices, and one or more visualization devices. The medical device may be configured to be positioned within the sheath during delivery of the sheath to a treatment site and during an application of energy to break up one or more objects to form one or more particles or dust. The irrigation device may be configured to be positioned within the sheath and deliver irrigation fluid while suction is applied to the treatment site.

    Abstract: An endoscopic system includes an endoscopic imager configured to capture image frames of a target site within a living body and a processor configured to apply a spatial transform to a preliminary set of image frames, the spatial transform converting the image frames into cylindrical coordinates; calculate a map image from the spatially transformed image frames, each pixel position in the map image being defined with a vector of fixed dimension; align a current image frame with the map image and apply the spatial transform to the current image frame; fuse the spatially transformed current image frame to the map image to generate a fused image; and apply an inverse spatial transform to the fused image to generate an enhanced current image frame having a greater spatial resolution than the current image frame. The system also includes a display displaying the enhanced current image frame.

    Abstract: A device for vapor ablation may comprise a sheath extending from a proximal end to a distal portion. The sheath may include a lumen terminating distally at a lumen opening. The device may further comprise a vapor delivery member received in the lumen. The vapor delivery member may include a channel configured to receive vapor and at least one aperture configured to deliver the vapor to a body tissue. The device may further comprise an electrical component having a chip. The chip may be disposed proximate to the distal lumen opening.

    Abstract: An adapter for a disposable medical scope device includes a body configured to be removably attached to a scope device. The adapter includes at least one button including an actuator configured to activate at least one circuit within a scope device to which it is attached. The body is configured to be electrically coupled to a control unit such that, when the circuit is activated by the button, a signal is sent from the adapter to the control unit to control the control unit's handling of output from the scope device.
