A wrist terminal includes a sensor information acquisition unit, a work/learning information acquisition unit, and a consideration setting unit. The sensor information acquisition unit acquires user exercise information and/or user biological information. The work/learning information acquisition unit acquires work/learning information on a user based on the user exercise information and/or the user biological information. The consideration setting unit sets information representing a consideration for work/learning information on a user based on the work/learning information on the user, which is acquired by the work/learning information acquisition unit.

A portable terminal includes: an activity delimiter condition storage unit in which a category of activity state data and an activity delimiter condition of the activity state data are stored, for each of categories of applications; a detection unit that detects the activity state data, for each of the categories of applications; an accumulation unit that accumulates the detected activity state data; a judgment unit that judges whether or not each piece of the activity state data accumulated by the accumulation unit matches the corresponding activity delimiter condition, on the basis of a detection result of the detection unit; and an activity accomplishment registration unit that registers, when the judgment unit judges that any one piece of the activity state data accumulated by the accumulation unit matches the corresponding activity delimiter condition, the one piece of activity state data accumulated by the accumulation unit as an activity accomplishment data.

A control system includes an information processing apparatus and a terminal device which perform wireless communication with each other, wherein the terminal device is moved with a user, and includes: a switching request signal transmission section that transmits a switching request signal, the information processing apparatus includes: a received signal strength measuring section that measures a received signal strength of a transmitted signal; and a control section that sets the received signal strength measured when receiving the switching request signal to a switching threshold value, and switches the information processing apparatus from the second status to the first status when the received signal strength becomes less than the switching threshold value, and switches it from the first status to the second status when the received signal strength becomes larger than the switching threshold value.
