Disclosed are a method and system for assigning a C-RNTI (Cell Radio Network Temporary Identity), aiming to assign the C-RNTI to UE in an aggregation scene of different eNBs by UE. The method comprises the following steps: in the scene that the User Equipment (UE) aggregating the resource of multi-eNBs, the initial access eNB and the target eNB UE aggregated respectively determine the C-RNTI which should be assigned, and then assign the determined C-RNTI respectively to the UE; or, the initial access eNB assigns the specific C-RNTI for bearer separation to UE, wherein the C-RNTI is on a presetting range of the bearer separation specific Radio Network Temporary Identity (RNTI) which is maintained by the eNB UE aggregated.

Embodiments of the present invention relate to wireless communication technology field, especially relate to a method, system and apparatus for power headroom report, for the use of power headroom report when a User Equipment (UE) aggregates carriers under different enhanced NodeBs (eNBs). Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for power headroom report, including: a user equipment which aggregates resources of multiple network equipment determines power headroom information; said user equipment sends said power headroom information to at least one of the network equipment participating in aggregation. Because the user equipment which aggregates resources of multiple network equipment reports the power headroom information to at least one of the network equipment participating in aggregation, sequentially the power headroom information is enabled to be reported when the UE aggregates carriers under different eNBs, multiple eNBs further can obtain the power headroom information in the case of inter-eNBs-aggregation, and resource scheduling is enabled.

Disclosed are a method, an apparatus, and a system for processing a radio link failure (RLF), to provide an RLF processing solution in a scenario where a user equipment (UE) aggregates cell resources of multiple evolved Node Bs (eNBs). The method for processing an RLF provided in the present application comprises: in a scenario where a UE aggregates cell resources of multiple eNBs, a local eNB (LeNB) determining that an RLF occurs on the UE; and the LeNB stopping data transmission of a radio bearer (RB) related to the RLF, and notifying a Macro eNB of related information of the RLF.

The embodiments of this application relate to the field of wireless communications. Disclosed are an auxiliary information reporting and information sending method and device, so that a target base station can acquire the latest auxiliary information of a user equipment (UE) and then can provide the most reasonable configuration for the UE. In this application, the UE reports the auxiliary information to a source base station, and determines whether it is required to re-report the auxiliary information in a target cell; if determining that it is required to re-report the auxiliary information in the target cell, the user equipment reports the auxiliary information to the target base station after being switched to the target cell. It can be seen that, in this solution, the target base station can acquire the latest auxiliary information of the UE, so as to provide the most reasonable configuration for the UE.

The embodiments of the application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, especially relate to a method, system and device for cell management, which are used to manage the cells under the local node in the hierarchical network deployments scene of segregation of user plane and control plane. The method of the embodiments of the application includes: a macro base station determines the need to manage the cells under a local base station; the macro base station notifies said local base station to manage the cells under the local base station. In the embodiments of the application the macro base station notifies the local base station to manage the cells under the local base station. Since in the embodiments of application the macro base station assists the local base station to manage the cells under the local base station, thus implementing to manage the cells under the local node in the hierarchical network deployment scene of segregation of user plane and control plane, further improving the system performance.

Disclosed are an information transmission method and a device thereof. The method comprises: after determining that a UE needs to conduct base station handover, a source base station which supports an eDDA auxiliary information reporting and processing capability querying whether a candidate target base station supports the eDDA auxiliary information reporting and processing capability or not; and if the source base station queries that the candidate target base station supports the eDDA auxiliary information reporting and processing capability or fails to query whether the candidate target base station supports the eDDA auxiliary information reporting and processing capability or not, or when the source base station does not query whether the candidate target base station supports the eDDA auxiliary information reporting and processing capability or not, the source base station sending to the candidate target base station the eDDA auxiliary information about the UE, to enable the candidate target base station which supports the eDDA auxiliary information reporting and processing capability to conduct radio resource parameter configuration on the UE based on the received eDDA auxiliary information about the UE. By using the embodiments of the present invention, during the process of handover a UE from a source base station to a target base station, the efficiency for the target base station which supports an eDDA auxiliary information reporting and processing capability to acquire eDDA auxiliary information about the UE is improved, and the air interface signalling overhead is reduced.
