    Abstract: This application relates to the battery field, and specifically, to an electrode plate, an electrochemical apparatus, a battery module, a battery pack, and a device. The electrode plate in this application includes a current collector and an electrode active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the current collector, where the current collector includes a support layer and a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the support layer, a single-side thickness D2 of the conductive layer satisfies 30 nm≤D2≤3 μm, and a conductive primer layer including a conductive material and a bonding agent is further disposed between the current collector and the electrode active material layer. The electrode plate in this application has good machinability. An electrochemical apparatus including the electrode plate has high energy density, good electrical performance, and long-term reliability.

    Abstract: This application relates to an electrode plate, an electrochemical apparatus, a battery module, a battery pack, and a device. The electrode plate includes a current collector and an electrode active material layer disposed on at least one surface of the current collector. The current collector includes a support layer and a conductive layer disposed on at least one surface of the support layer, a single-sided thickness D2 of the conductive layer satisfies: 30 nm≤D2≤3 μm; and a conductive primer layer containing a conductive material and a binder is disposed between the current collector and the electrode active material layer, the binder in the conductive primer layer containing an acrylic based/acrylate based water-dispersible binder. The electrode plate of this application has good quality, and the electrochemical apparatus containing the electrode plate has a high energy density and a good electrical performance and long-term reliability.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a secondary battery and an electrode plate. The electrode plate includes a current collector, an active material layer, a conductive structure, and a first protective layer. The current collector includes an insulating layer and a conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer. The conductive layer includes a main body portion and a protrusion portion. A surface of the main body portion facing away from the insulating layer is covered by the active material layer, while a surface of the protrusion portion facing away from the insulating layer is uncovered by the active material layer. The conductive structure is welded to the protrusion portion and thus a welded zone is formed. The first protective layer has elasticity, and is disposed on a side of the protrusion portion facing away from the insulating layer and is located between the welded zone and the active material layer.
