    Abstract: Described are an electrode assembly, and a method for manufacturing the electrode assembly, the electrode assembly being configured for a secondary battery. The electrode assembly includes a main portion and a tab, the tab is located at an end portion of the main portion and is connected to the main portion; and the tab includes a shaping guide portion and a shaping deformation area, and the shaping guide portion guides the tab to generate predetermined deformation during shaping so as to form the shaping deformation area. By arranging the shaping guide portion on the tab, when a tab end face is shaped, the shaping guide portion guides the tab to generate roughly regular deformation, thereby forming the compact and flat tab end face. The arrangement of the shaping guide portion reduces the force required for the shrinking deformation of the tab and avoids damage or misalignment of an electrode plate.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a winding shaft fixture, a winding device, and a method for preparing an electrode assembly. The winding shaft fixture includes a clamping mechanism and a tensioning mechanism. The clamping mechanism is used to clamp or release an end of a winding shaft. The tensioning mechanism is connected to the clamping mechanism, and the tensioning mechanism is configured to apply a pulling force to the clamping mechanism when the clamping mechanism clamps the end of the winding shaft, so as to apply the pulling force to the winding shaft. According to the technical solutions of the present application, the winding shaft can be allowed to have a higher winding speed to improve the production efficiency of the electrode assembly.

    Abstract: A welding assembly for a liquid-injection hole of a secondary battery, including a top cover of a case, a liquid-injection hole, a sealing cover-plate and a stress release structure, wherein the liquid-injection hole is disposed in the top cover and includes a assembling recess and a through-hole arranged sequentially from top to bottom of the top cover, the assembling recess and the through-hole present a stepped transition and the radial dimension of the assembling recess is larger than that of the through-hole. The sealing cover-plate is accommodated in the assembling recess and the stress release structure is provided at one or both sides of the welding portion and capable of releasing stress from the welding portion. The welding assembly provides a stress release structure nearby the welding portion, and when the welding portion is full-strength welded, the stress-release structure can effectively release stress nearby the welding seam.
