Abstract: An electrode plate includes an active material layer, a current collector including an insulating layer and first and second conductive layers sandwiching the insulating layer, and a conductive structure. The conductive structure includes a first conductive member including a first section arranged along a side of the first conductive layer and a second section extending from the first section and beyond the current collector in a direction away from the active material layer, and a second conductive member including a first connecting section connected to the second conductive layer, a bent section connected to the first connecting section and bent towards the first conductive member relative to the first connecting section, and a second connecting section bent backward relative to the bent section to be sandwiched between the first section and the first conductive layer.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present application provide an electrode assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electrode assembly manufacturing equipment and method. Among that, the electrode assembly includes a negative electrode plate and a positive electrode plate which form a bending region. The positive electrode plate includes bending portions located in the bending region, the bending portion includes a positive electrode current collecting layer and a positive active substance layer, and at least one side surface of the positive electrode current collecting layer is provided with the positive active substance layer in a thickness direction of the positive electrode plate. At least one positive active substance layer is provided with the barrier layer, at least a part of the barrier layer is intercalated in the positive active substance layer provided with the barrier layer, and coats at least a part of particles in the positive active substance layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a secondary battery and an electrode plate. The electrode plate includes a current collector, an active material layer, and a first protective layer. The current collector includes an insulating layer and a conductive layer disposed on the insulating layer. The conductive layer has a main body portion covered by the active material layer and a protrusion portion uncovered by the active material layer. The first protective layer is disposed on a side of the protrusion portion facing away from the insulating layer. The electrode plate further includes a conductive structure, which has a connecting portion fixed on the main body portion, and a first extending portion exceeding an end of the protrusion portion away from the main body portion. The first protective layer is disposed on a side of the connecting portion close to the active material layer along a height direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a modified positive electrode active material preparation method, which comprising steps of: dispersing a positive electrode active material matrix into an alcohol solvent to form a positive electrode active material matrix suspension; dissolving an alcohol-soluble aluminum salt in an alcohol solvent to form an alcohol-soluble aluminum salt solution; dissolving an alcohol-soluble phosphorous compound in an alcohol solvent to form an alcohol-soluble phosphorous compound solution; mixing the alcohol-soluble aluminum salt solution and the alcohol-soluble phosphorous compound solution and heating to react, obtaining a liquid-phase coating solution which contains aluminum phosphate after the reaction is finished; mixing and stirring the positive electrode active material matrix suspension and the liquid-phase coating solution which contains aluminum phosphate, extraction filtrating and obtaining a filter cake after the stirring is finished, then drying and baking the filter cake, finally obtaining a modified positive electrode active material.
