    Abstract: A method for determining and configuring a resource used for transmitting downlink data, a terminal and a base station: the base station configures, for each terminal, resource collections or resource collection subgroups used for receiving downlink data, and then the base station notifies the terminal, by means of an explicit signaling, whether all of the resource collections or each resource collection of the configured resource collections are available, or whether all of resource collection subgroups or each resource collection subgroup of the resource collection subgroups are available, thus allowing the terminal to determine, according to the notification, the time-frequency resource position of a resource used to receive downlink data, so that the terminal may carry out rate matching on the determined resource.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method and device for transmitting a downlink control channel. The method comprises: a terminal receives configuration information sent by a base station device, the configuration information comprising control resource set (CORESET) group information or PDCCH candidate group information in at least one CORESET allocated by the base station device to the terminal in a downlink control channel monitoring occasion; when the configuration information comprises the CORESET group information, the terminal determines at least one group of CORESETs from the configuration information, and detects and receives at most one piece of DCI from each group of CORESETs in the at least one group of CORESETs according to a specific DCI format expected by the terminal; when the configuration information comprises the PDCCH candidate group information in the at least one CORESET, the terminal determines at least one group of PDCCH candidates from the configuration information, and detects and receives at most one piece of DCI from each group of PDCCH candidates in the at least one group of PDCCH candidates according to the specific DCI format expected by the terminal.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink control information (UCI), to resolve the issue of repeated transmissions of UCI in the prior art. In an embodiment of the present application, a terminal determines a bit sequence of coded UCI of a first transmission, the UCI being repeatedly transmitted on a PUCCH, and the terminal transmits the bit sequence of the coded UCI in a determined uplink channel in each subsequent retransmission of the UCI. A network side apparatus uses the same method to determine a bit sequence of coded UCI of a first transmission, and receives, via a determined uplink channel, a repeatedly transmitted bit sequence of the coded UCI. In the embodiments of the present application, a bit sequence of coded UCI is determined according to a channel of the UCI in a first transmission time slot.

    Abstract: The present application discloses methods and devices for determining a downlink resource set and sending resource position information, and particularly relates to a method for determining, by a terminal, a downlink control channel resource set, a method for sending, by a base station, a position related to a downlink control channel resource set, and related devices. A terminal obtains, in a predefined manner and/or by receiving a notification of a base station, a frequency domain position and a time domain position of a downlink control channel resource set corresponding to the terminal, so as to determine that the downlink control channel resource set corresponding to the terminal is a third downlink control channel resource set. The base station transmits a common downlink control channel and/or a terminal-dedicated downlink control channel on the frequency domain and time domain positions of the downlink control channel resource set determined by the terminal.
