    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of communications, and disclosed are a method and device for determining an information domain value in a DCI. The method and device are used for reducing HARQ feedback overheads, and the method comprises during HARQ feedback, determining a value set indicated by a timing relationship in a fallback DCI (equivalent to a format 1_0 of a DCI) according to a value set indicated by a timing relationship in a non-fallback DCI (equivalent to a format 1-1 of a DCI), to overcome the problem of increasing a codebook caused by different value ranges indicated by the timing relationships in the fallback DCI and in the non-fallback DCI, so that the HARQ feedback overheads are effectively reduced, thus the system running load is reduced, and the system performance is effectively ensured.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an uplink data retransmission method and terminal. The method comprises: a terminal determining whether to spontaneously retransmit first uplink data; and if the terminal determines to spontaneously retransmit the first uplink data, the terminal retransmitting the first uplink data on a physical resource that is pre-configured on a network side. The application adopts the above technical solution to resolve the technical problem in which, for a URLLC service, if a retransmission mechanism is based on a conventional HARQ mechanism, a certain time interval is required between two adjacent transmissions of uplink data, which may result in retransmission being unsupported for a certain time delay requirement and configuration, and as a result a reliability requirement for the URLLC service cannot be met.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a random access response (RAR) transmission method and device for ensuring independent transmission of RARs having different coverage enhancement levels, reducing a blind test of a physical downlink control channel performed by a terminal, and saving power consumption of the terminal. The present application provides an RAR transmission method, comprising: determining, by a network side and at least according to coverage enhancement levels corresponding to physical downlink control channels, frequency domain resources of the physical downlink control channels, wherein the frequency domain resources of the physical downlink control channels having different coverage enhancement levels are independently configured; and transmitting, by the network side, the physical downlink control channels on the frequency domain resources of the physical downlink control channels.

    Abstract: An information transmission method is provided, including steps of: in the case that a local end serves as a transmitting end and information for the local end needs to be repeatedly transmitted within a repetition time period containing a plurality of subframes, determining, by the local end, a scrambling code corresponding to each transmission time period of the repetition time period, each transmission time period corresponding to an identical scrambling code; and with respect to each transmission time period, scrambling, by the local end, a bit stream acquired after encoding the information transmitted within the transmission time period using the scrambling code corresponding to the transmission time period, and transmitting, by the local end, the scrambled bit stream to an opposite end.
