摘要: The invention relates to a subscriber (1) for using in a communication system, and to a communication system (5) which, at least in a partial section, has redundant communication for increasing the fault tolerance, the communication system being simultaneously highly dynamic. Said communication system comprises, at least in one section, at least two communication paths (10, 20) which are preferably arranged according to a double ring topology. The inventive subscriber comprises one processing unit (11, 21) per communication path, for processing the information signals obtained by means of the respective communication path and/or for producing and sending information signals via the respective communication path. Furthermore, a first activatable coupling (13, 22) is arranged in the subscriber, between the first communication path (10) and the second communication path (20), in such a way that, when the coupling is activated, the information signals are tapped from the first communication path (10) and supplied to the second communication path (20). According to the invention, the supply of the activatable coupling in the subscriber is carried out in the signal feeding direction, downstream of the processing unit (21) of the second communication path (20).
