Abstract: A current collecting component for a battery cell having two output poles with opposite polarities for outputting electrical energy. The current collecting component includes two current collectors, an insulator, and a limiting structure. The two current collectors are arranged opposite each other along a width direction of the current collecting component and are configured to connect to the two output poles, respectively. The insulator is configured to connect the two current collectors and is located at least partially between the two current collectors in the width direction to insulate the two current collectors from each other. The limiting structure is configured to restrict the current collectors from leaving the insulator in the width direction.

The end cap may have an abutting surface and a welding groove, the abutting surface may be configured to abut against the first tab, and the welding groove may be recessed from one side of the end cap away from the electrode assembly towards the abutting surface. The end cap may form a connector between the abutting surface and the bottom surface of the welding groove, and the connector is configured for being welded with the first tab. The end cap is provided with a reinforcing structure, and the reinforcing structure is protruded from the bottom surface.

Abstract: This application provides embodiments including a connection member and a rechargeable battery. The connection member includes a guide plate and a first connecting plate integrally formed on the guide plate, where the first connecting plate is disposed in a bendable manner relative to the guide plate, and at least one indentation is present between the first connecting plate and the guide plate. In the embodiments, a bending position is more accurate when the first connecting plate is bent relative to the guide plate. This is conducive to an accurate size of the connection member being bent, and is also helpful for the rechargeable battery to successfully assemble a battery core, the connection member, and a housing.
