Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus are provided. The battery cell includes a housing, a pressure relief mechanism and a protective member. The housing is provided with a stepped hole communicating with the interior of the housing, the stepped hole includes a first hole section and a second hole section which are arranged in a first direction, and the first hole section is located on the side of the second hole section facing away from the inside of the housing. The pressure relief mechanism and the protective member are respectively arranged in the second hole section and the first hole section, and the protective member covers at least a portion of the pressure relief mechanism.
