    摘要: A button-type secondary battery having a cup which has an opened upper side and in which an electrode assembly and an electrolyte are mounted; a top plate which is coupled to an upper end of the cup to close the opened upper side of the cup and in which a through-hole is formed; a positive electrode terminal including a protrusion having a diameter capable of being inserted into the through-hole and a hook having a diameter greater than that of the through-hole, the protrusion being inserted into the through-hole so that the hook is disposed outside or inside the cup; and a gasket inserted to insulate a portion at which the protrusion and the hook are in contact with the top plate when the protrusion of the positive electrode terminal is inserted into the through-hole. The gasket bonds the positive electrode terminal to the top plate.

The battery includes: a plurality of battery cells, where at least two of the battery cells are arranged along a first direction; a sampling part, configured to collect electrical signals from the plurality of battery cells; and a support part, configured to support the sampling part, where the support part is disposed between two adjacent battery cells in the first direction, and is attached to the battery cells. In the technical solution in the embodiments of this application, the sampling part is easy to install, and the sampling part can be prevented from falling off during use of the battery.

A method includes using a detector to perform a scan of the cell electrode contact area for each of the plurality of battery cells. Based upon the scan of each cell electrode contact area, a determination is made of whether one or more possible weld sites for each electrode contact area are viable for welding. In response to determining that one or more weld sites are viable, one or more of the viable weld sites are selected and a welder is used to weld at least one of the selected weld sites.

    摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing an electrode terminal formed of different kinds of metals excellent injunction strength.
