    Abstract: In one example, a prosthesis comprises a generally tubular graft material having an inner and outer perimeter, and a plurality of pleats between the inner and outer perimeters in a first state. At least one stent is coupled to the graft material. At least one layer of biocompatible material is coupled to the graft material in the first state. One or more sections of the at least one layer biodegrade over a first period of time at a first biodegradable rate. At least one of the plurality of pleats of the graft material unfolds to permit radial expansion of the graft material after the first period of time, and the stent provides support for the radial expansion of the graft material.

    Abstract: The present embodiments provide delivery systems for facilitating orientation of a prosthesis in a bodily passage. In one example, a system comprises an inner cannula having proximal and distal regions, and further comprises an atraumatic tip having a proximal end, a distal end, and a central region disposed therebetween. At least a portion of the atraumatic tip may be coupled to the proximal region of the inner cannula. A plurality of orientation struts are provided having a retracted delivery state, an expanded deployed state, and a retracted withdrawal state. The plurality of orientation struts each have apices that are oriented proximally relative to the atraumatic tip in the retracted delivery state, are oriented radially outward relative to the atraumatic tip in the expanded deployed state, and are oriented distally relative to the atraumatic tip in the retracted withdrawal state.

    Abstract: An implantable graft may include a main section having walls formed with a woven fabric, the main section having a main lumen extending therethrough. The implantable graft may also include a bifurcated section having walls formed with the woven fabric, where the bifurcated section extends from main section, where the bifurcated section includes a first branch and a second branch, and where the first branch and the second branch each include a branch lumen in fluid communication with the main lumen. At least one branch of the bifurcated section may include a branch taper formed by a seam connecting a first woven layer and a second woven layer. A seam extension may extend outwardly along the seam of the branch taper, the seam extension being a single-layer woven structure.
