    摘要: Universal endovascular grafts are provided for evaluation and repair of damaged or aneurismal blood vessels. More particularly, the present invention relates to universal fenestrated and universal branched endografts for repair of blood vessels with branches, methods for implanting the endografts in the vessel and for making connection with one or more branches. The universal fenestrated endografts have a body with a first end, a second end, a first wall, a second wall, and an interior passage or lumen. The body further includes openings in communication with the passage at the first and second ends and one or more lateral fenestrations in communication with the lumen. The body further has a necked portion between the ends and a cannulation member. The universal branched endografts have a tubular body with a main lumen and four branch lumens. A large branch extends from the body. The four lumens are positioned about a circumference of the tubular body.

    摘要: An intraocular lens has a lens body. At least one side surface of the lens body is provided with a focus determination diffraction area and a focus offset diffraction area. The focus determination diffraction area comprises at least two focus determination diffraction structures of different heights. The focus determination diffraction structures of different heights are alternately arranged to provide the intraocular lens with focuses which respectively correspond to distant vision, intermediate vision and near vision. The focus offset diffraction area comprises focus offset diffraction structures which corresponds to the focus determination diffraction structures. The height ratio of the at least one focus offset diffraction structure to a corresponding focus determination diffraction structure is 1.1 to 1.3 or 0.8 to 0.95. The focus offset diffraction structures provide the intraocular lens with offset focuses.

    摘要: A prosthetic heart valve includes a frame made of a plastically expandable material and including an inflow end, an outflow end, and a central portion between the inflow end and the outflow end. The frame is radially collapsible and expandable. The inflow end includes a plurality of circumferentially extending first strut members having a first strut width and forming a first angle between adjacent first strut members, and the central portion includes a plurality of circumferentially extending second strut members having a second strut width and forming a second angle between adjacent second strut members. A plurality of leaflets is positioned within the frame and configured to regulate blood flow through the prosthetic heart valve. The first strut width of the first strut members at the inflow end of the frame is greater than the second strut width of the second strut members in the central portion of the frame.

    摘要: An intraluminal device including an elongated structure formed of a plurality of wires may be provided. The intraluminal device may include a plurality of sets of looped wires longitudinally located at an intermediate area of the elongated structure. The sets of looped wires may be spaced circumferentially about the elongated structure and may be configured to cooperate with each other to form a plurality of clot entry openings. The intraluminal device may also include at least one grouping of woven wires that may be longitudinally located adjacent to the intermediate area and may be configured such that when an opening force is exerted on the elongated structure, the at least one grouping of woven wires may provide structural support to hold open first interstices between the plurality of sets of looped wires.
