Abstract: This disclosure provides a capability reporting method, a capability report processing method, a device, an apparatus and a medium. The capability reporting method includes: reporting, by a terminal, proactively or in response to a request of a positioning server, a positioning signal processing capability for a period of discontinuous reception to a base station serving the terminal and/or to the positioning server. After allocating resources to the terminal according to the positioning signal processing capability for the period of discontinuous reception, the base station configures and sends to the terminal an indication indicating whether processing of a positioning reference signal is allowed during the period of discontinuous reception. A positioning server selects a positioning method for the terminal according to positioning service quality of service requirements and the positioning signal processing capability for the period of discontinuous reception.

Abstract: Disclosed are a mobility management method, a radio access network, a terminal and a computer storage medium, which are used for solving the technical problem in the prior art of the signaling load and handover delay of a radio access network being relatively high when cell handover is carried out in a non-ground mobile communication network. The method includes: sending, to a terminal, a configuration message for carrying out neighbor cell signal measurement or position measurement, such that the terminal reports, according to the configuration message, neighbor cell signal strength or terminal position information, wherein the terminal position information includes a GPS position of the terminal; and after a measurement report, which is reported by the terminal and includes the neighbor cell signal strength or the terminal position information, has been received, according to the measurement report and position information of an NG-RAN, determining whether a specified condition allowing the terminal to carry out neighbor cell handover is satisfied, and if so, sending a cell handover message to the terminal, such that the terminal is handed over from the current cell to a target cell, wherein the specified condition is a condition allowing the terminal to carry out neighbor cell handover.

Abstract: The present application relates to the technical field of wireless communications, in particular, to a measurement method and device, used for solving the problem in the art that there is no specific solution for a terminal to perform OTDOA measurement in a NR system. In embodiments of the present application, a terminal determines a detected first beam reference signal, and sends a request message to an LMF entity; receive first positioning assistance data comprising second beam information of a second beam reference signal sent by the LMF entity; measure the second beam reference signal of an adjacent base station according to the first positioning assistance data. Therefore, it is ensured that the LMF entity can accurately provide the positioning assistance data to a UE according to first beam information of the first beam reference signal, the time and power consumption of the terminal for searching the second beam reference signal are reduced, and the system performance is further improved.
