    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a data transmission method and apparatus, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving an indication message sent by a network device, wherein the indication message includes related information of a signaling radio bearer SRB1 and/or a signaling radio bearer SRB2; and determining, on the basis of the indication message, whether to execute data transmission on the SRB1 and/or the SRB2 in a small data transmission (SDT) mode. The embodiments of the present disclosure solve the problem of an increased transmission delay caused by the fact that a terminal cannot execute data transmission on SRB1 and/or SRB2 by using SDT.

    Abstract: Provided in embodiments of the present disclosure are a data transmission method, and a terminal. The method includes: when a terminal meets a first condition of using a first scheme to transmit data, using the first scheme to transmit data; when the terminal meets a second condition of using a second scheme to transmit data, using the second scheme to transmit data; or when the terminal meets the first condition of using the first scheme to transmit data and the second condition of using the second scheme to transmit data, using any one of the first scheme and the second scheme to transmit data, wherein the first scheme is a scheme without radio resource control (RRC) signaling, and the second scheme is one of direct data transmission schemes other than the first scheme. The embodiments of the present disclosure realize selection of a data transmission scheme in a process of transmitting small data.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an SCG state control method and apparatus, a UE, an MN, an SN, and a medium. The method comprises: a UE determining whether there is data transmission at an SCG; when it is determined that there is no data transmission at the SCG, controlling a PSCell in the SCG to enter a sleep state; and when it is determined that there is data transmission at the SCG, controlling the PSCell in the SCG to enter an activated state. In the embodiments of the present application, when it is determined that there is no data transmission at an SCG, a UE controls a PSCell in the SCG to enter a sleep state, thereby avoiding wasteful power consumption; moreover, there is no need to release the SCG, such that there is also no need to configure the SCG again when data transmission is initiated at an SCG side again, and data transmission is scheduled at the SCG in a timely manner according to a CSI measurement result reported when the PSCell is in the sleep state, thereby reducing the data transmission delay. Provided is a solution for fast recovery of data transmission under energy saving conditions.
