    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a signaling exchange method, a base station and an apparatus. The method includes exchanging, by a base station information with other base stations, the information containing a list of base stations interfacing with the base station and/or load information of cells under the base stations interfacing with the base station; or the information containing load information, the load information being determined partially according to load-related information of cells under the base station and/or load information of cells under base stations configured to establish a dual connection for a terminal and interfacing with the base station.

    Abstract: The present application relates to the field of communications, and disclosed are a handover method, a handover device and a computer readable storage medium. In the embodiments of the present application, by means of carrying first indication information in a handover request message sent by a base station where a source cell is located to a base station where a target cell is located, a recommendation may be provided to the target cell when determining whether to establish a dual connection, so that when the current cell handover is relatively urgent, cell handover may be immediately carried out by preventing the target cell from establishing the dual connection, reducing the probability of handover failure, and improving the user experience.

    Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a TA-based synchronization method, and a device, an apparatus and a storage medium, wherein the method is applied to a terminal device. The method includes determining a second TA between a terminal device and a cell where a target beam, which performs data transceiving with the terminal device, is located; and applying the second TA, wherein the second TA is configured for synchronization between the terminal device and the cell where the target beam is located. The present disclosure aims to solve the problem, in the relevant art, of a time delay caused by the acquisition of a TA between a UE and a target cell by means of random access after the UE switches the data transmission thereof to the target cell, to improve the switching efficiency of a terminal device.

    Abstract: The present application provides a communication method and apparatus, and a device and a medium in a deactivated state of a secondary cell group. The method includes: determining signal measurement and/or timing of a terminal for a secondary cell group (SCG) and/or a primary SCG cell (PSCell) of the SCG when the SCG is in a deactivated state; reconfiguring the signal measurement and/or the timing according to first information if the first information is acquired; where the first information indicates a communication status between the terminal and the PSCell related to the signal measurement and/or the timing, or, the first information is instruction information of a network device received by the terminal. The present application may trigger a change in the signal measurement and/or timing based on the communication status between the terminal and the PSCell in the SCG or the instruction of the network device when the SCG is in the deactivated state, thereby improving the flexibility and rationality of the behavior configuration of the terminal side when the SCG is in the deactivated state.
