    Abstract: A power module comprises a first circuit board assembly, a second circuit board assembly and a magnetic assembly. The first circuit board assembly comprises a first printed circuit board and at least one power circuit. The second circuit board assembly comprises a second printed circuit board and at least one output capacitor. The magnetic assembly is located between the first circuit board assembly and the second circuit board assembly and comprises a magnetic core module and at least one first electrical conductor. The magnetic core module comprises at least one hole. The at least one first electrical conductor passes through the corresponding hole of the magnetic core module to define at least one output inductor. Each of the at least one output inductor is electrically connected with the corresponding power circuit and the at least one output capacitor so that the power module forms at least one phase converter.

    Abstract: A power converter module includes a multilayer printed circuit board, a switching device, a capacitor device, a first via, a second via, a third via and a fourth via. The multilayer printed circuit board has a first surface and a second surface and includes a plurality of copper layers including a plurality of positive copper layers and negative copper layers. The plurality of positive copper layers and the negative copper layers are disposed in staggered arrangement. The switching device is disposed on the first surface and includes a switching positive terminal and a switching negative terminal. The capacitor device is disposed on the first surface and includes a capacitor positive terminal and a capacitor negative terminal, and the capacitor device forms a capacitor area. The projections of the adjacent positive and negative copper layers and the capacitor area on the first surface at least partially overlap with each other.

    Abstract: A power conversion system is provided. The power conversion system includes a power conversion circuit, a bootstrap circuit and at least N driving circuits, where N is an integer larger than 1. The power conversion circuit includes an input port, an output port, N switching power conversion units and N nodes. The switching power conversion unit includes a first switch and a second switch. The bootstrap circuit includes N bootstrap capacitors and N bootstrap switches. The N bootstrap switches are serially connected in sequence. Two ends of the bootstrap capacitor are connected to the corresponding node and the second terminal of the corresponding bootstrap switch respectively. The first terminal of the (N)th bootstrap switch receives a supply voltage. The driving circuit is connected to the corresponding bootstrap capacitor and outputs driving signals for controlling the switches according to the positive electrode voltage of the bootstrap capacitor.

    Abstract: A power module comprises a first circuit board assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The first circuit board assembly comprises a first printed circuit board and at least two switch circuits disposed on the first printed circuit board. The magnetic core assembly is disposed near the first printed circuit board and comprises a magnetic core portion and at least a pair of first electrical conductors. The magnetic core portion comprises at least a core unit, the core unit comprises a pair of holes and a second magnetic overlapping region, and the pair of holes are separated by the second magnetic overlapping region. Each pair of the first electrical conductors is penetrated through the corresponding pair of holes of the magnetic core portion to define two output inductors. Each of the switch circuits is electrically connected with the corresponding output inductor to define a phase circuit of the power module.

    Abstract: A power module includes a power source module and a metallic heat-dissipation substrate. The power source module has an input pin and an output pin soldered on and electrically connected with a system board and includes a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board has a first surface and a second surface. At least a heat-generating component is disposed on the second surface. The metallic heat-dissipation substrate has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. The first surface has at least a fixing position and at least a heat-dissipating position. The fixing position is directly or indirectly connected with the second surface. A gap accumulated by tolerances is existed between the heat-dissipating position and the heat-generating component. A gap-filling material is filled into the gap. The second surface and the system board are soldered with each other. Therefore, the heat-dissipation efficiency is enhanced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a power module includes a first printed circuit board (PCB), a second PCB, a magnetic component and a connecting component. A secondary side switch set and a winding are disposed on the first PCB, respectively. A primary side switch set is disposed on the second PCB adjacent to the first PCB. A magnetic component includes an upper magnetic cover disposed on the first side of the first PCB; a lower magnetic cover disposed between the first PCB and the second PCB; and a lateral column located between the two magnetic covers. The lateral column passes through the first PCB, and is fastened with the two magnetic covers. The magnetic component and the winding collaboratively form a transformer. The connecting component is disposed between the two PCBs to connect the corresponding potential points of the two PCBs.

    Abstract: A resonant converter and a manufacturing method of a transformer thereof are provided. The resonant converter includes a full bridge circuit, an element, a first branch circuit, a second branch circuit and a secondary winding. The full bridge circuit includes a first node and a second node. The element includes an inductor or a capacitor. The first branch circuit includes a first primary winding. The second branch circuit includes a second primary winding, and the first and second primary windings have the same turn number. The transformer is constructed by the first and second primary windings and the secondary winding. The first branch circuit, the element and the second branch circuit are sequentially coupled in series between the first and second nodes. The first branch circuit and the second branch circuit are symmetrically located with respect to the element. The first and second branch circuits have the same impedance.

    Abstract: A power conversion system including a power conversion unit, a power circuit and a precharge circuit is provided. The power conversion circuit includes an input port, an output port, switching power conversion units and at least one storage device. The storage device is connected between the input and output ports in series. The power circuit is electrically connected to the power conversion circuit for receiving the input voltage and outputting a supply voltage to the power conversion circuit, and the power circuit includes a magnetic element. The precharge circuit precharges the storage device. The precharge circuit includes a winding and a rectifier filter circuit connected to each other. The winding is coupled to the magnetic element for receiving a conversion voltage. The rectifier filter circuit is electrically connected to the storage device so as to receive the conversion voltage and output a charge voltage to the corresponding storage device.
