Abstract: A power conversion module is disclosed. The power conversion module includes a circuit board, an adapter board, a first component and a second component. The second surface of the circuit board includes a concave region. The circuit board has four sidewalls. The first surface of the adapter board is attached to the second surface of the circuit board. The first surface of the adapter board includes a component disposing region, and the component disposing region is corresponding to the concave region. The first component is disposed in the concave region. A height of the first component is less than or equal to a depth of the concave region. The second component is disposed in the component disposing region and accommodated in the corresponding one of the concave region. A height of the second component is less than or equal to the depth of the concave region.

Abstract: A power converter module includes a multilayer printed circuit board, a switching device, a magnetic core element and a winding via. The multilayer printed circuit board has a first surface, a second surface and an inside layer. The multilayer printed circuit board includes a plurality of copper layers. The magnetic core element is disposed in the inside layer and includes a hole. One end of the winding via is electrically connected to the switching device, and the other end of the winding via is electrically connected to the second surface. The winding via penetrates through the hole and forms a magnetic assembly. An amount of the copper layers on a first side of the magnetic core element close to the first surface of the multilayer printed circuit board is at least two more than a second side of the magnetic core element.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a power conversion circuit including input positive and negative terminals, output positive and negative terminals, an input inductor, two bridge arms, a transformer, an output capacitor and an auxiliary capacitor. The input and output negative terminals are connected. A first terminal of the input inductor is coupled to the input positive terminal. Each bridge arm includes three switches connected in series and two connection points between the switches. The winding of the transformer is coupled in series between the connection points of the two bridge arms, and two windings of the transformer are connected and form a connection point coupled to the output positive terminal. Two terminals of the output capacitor are electrically connected to the output positive and negative terminals respectively. Two terminals of the auxiliary capacitor are electrically connected to a second terminal of the input inductor and the output terminal respectively.

Abstract: A power module includes a printed circuit board, a magnetic element, a secondary side switching circuit and at least two groups of external terminals. The magnetic element is disposed on the printed circuit board. The magnetic element includes at least one primary winding and plural secondary windings. The secondary side switching circuit includes a plurality of secondary switching units. Each secondary switching unit includes a plurality of switches connected in parallel. The switches of each secondary switching unit are evenly distributed on a first surface and a second surface of the printed circuit board. The switches of the secondary switching unit on the first surface and the second surface of the printed circuit board are at least partially overlapped with each other. The at least two groups of external terminals are disposed on the second surface of the printed circuit board, and electrically connected with the secondary side switching circuit.
