A base station cellular enclosure is present that reduces wind drag. The enclosure can include an airfoil enclosure housing that defines a cavity for housing the plurality of antennas and is at least partially covered in dimples to reduce wind drag.

Abstract: A dynamic rate adjustment system identifies a user device and receives data from the user device comprising data describing a location of the user device. The dynamic rate adjustment system identifies a current time and a current cost for networking services to be provided to the user device. The dynamic rate adjustment system determines a dynamic rate for the user device to use the networking services based on the current time, user device data, and the cost for networking services. The user device may be caused to pause transmitting or receiving certain types of data based on the dynamic rate.

Abstract: Various arrangements for operating a cellular network with advanced secondary operator privacy are presented herein. A first set of user equipment may communicate using a first radio unit and a first radio spectrum with a cellular network. A second set of user equipment may communicate with the cellular network using a second radio unit and a second radio spectrum. The second radio unit may be operated by a secondary operator distinct from the cellular network operator. The second radio unit may encrypt the second communications such that the cellular network cannot decrypt the second communications. The cellular network, can route the encrypted second communications of the second cellular network slice from the second radio unit to a data center operated by the secondary operator separate and distinct from the cellular network.

The housing may have a leading edge and a vent that permits air from external the airfoil enclosure housing to enter the cavity of the airfoil enclosure housing. The enclosure may further include a rotatable coupling that attaches the airfoil enclosure housing to a support structure. The rotatable coupling can allow the airfoil enclosure housing to rotate based on wind such that the leading edge faces into the wind.

The cellular network can include a second radio unit, wherein second communications for the second radio unit on the cellular network are performed as part of a second cellular network slice. A distributed unit of the cellular network is in communication with the first radio unit and the second radio unit. The second communications can be routed in encrypted form to a data center that is separate and distinct from the cellular network.

Abstract: Various arrangements for allocating spectrum between a cellular network provider and a secondary operator are presented. A cellular network component of the secondary operator may determine that spectrum at a secondary operator radio unit (RU) is not currently needed. The cellular network component of the secondary operator may cause the spectrum to be released for use by a cellular network operator such that the secondary operator RU is not permitted to use the released spectrum. A cellular network operator RU may then communicate with a first set of user equipment (UE) using the released spectrum. The secondary operator RU and cellular network operator RU may be located at a same location.

Abstract: Various arrangements for managing cellular network slicing are detailed. A cellular network management system may obtain performance data from cellular network components of a cellular network over time. The cellular network management system may analyze the performance data from the plurality of cellular network components to create a cellular network model indicative of performance of discrete portions of the cellular network over time. A service request may be received from an external entity that defines quality of service (QoS) parameters. A cellular network access conditions package may be created that defines conditions under which the external entity is eligible to utilize the cellular network. Cellular network components may then be configured to permit access to the cellular network by user equipment (UE) of the external entity and data services may be provided to the UE.
