摘要: A blow molding machine is subjected to a sterilizing treatment in a simple manner. A liquid sterilizer is filled into preforms of at least the same number as the number of spindles. In a heating unit that heats the preforms to a molding temperature, some of the liquid sterilizer is caused to diffuse, and blow air is blasted into preforms in which the liquid sterilizer remains to cause the liquid sterilizer to diffuse in a molding unit, and molded bottles are discharged.

Thereafter, it is verified how much microorganism survive or propagate in the culture medium in the container. A degree of sterilization in the container sterilizer is adjusted on the basis of a verification result.

A bubble detecting device is arranged on a downstream side of the filling device, and automatically detects whether or not there are bubbles produced in the content L filled in the container and discharged from the mouth of the container. 摘要: To simplify management of a sterilization process of a filling nozzle, a method for sterilizing a filling nozzle is provided. In the method for sterilizing a filling nozzle, hot water or a liquid chemical agent is fed to drink supply piping that feeds a drink to a plurality of filling nozzles at the same time, the hot water or liquid chemical agent is discharged from all the filling nozzles, a flow rate of the hot water or liquid chemical agent is detected at all the filling nozzles, a representative temperature of the hot water or liquid chemical agent upstream or downstream of at least one filling nozzle is measured, and the sterilization process is ended when both the flow rate at each filling nozzle and the representative temperature reach respective target values.

摘要: A method of sterilizing a preform includes steps of: sterilizing bacteria adhering to a preform (1) made of resin by gasifying a sterilizer, discharging a sterilized gas (G) from a nozzle (6) toward a preform (1), now traveling, so as to adhere to the preform (1); activating the sterilizer adhering to the preform (1) by blasting hot air (P) to the preform; and sterilizing bacteria adhering to the preform, and removing the sterilizer adhering to the preform (1), wherein the above steps are performed sequentially in order. According to the above-mentioned steps, the sterilizer does not enter a blow-molding machine.

摘要: Only a bottle properly preliminarily heated is sterilized by hydrogen peroxide. Temperature inspection to the bottle is performed while travelling the bottle. During the inspection, a bottle of which temperature does not reach a predetermined temperature is removed and a bottle of which temperature reaches the predetermined temperature is continuously traveled, hydrogen peroxide condensed mist α is blown toward a mouth portion 1a of the bottle by a spray tube 59 disposed at a predetermined position, and hot air is blown into the bottle from the nozzle while the nozzle 64 following the mouth portion of the bottle. According to such operation, only the bottle properly heated can be sterilized by the hydrogen peroxide, Thereafter, beverage fills the bottle, which is then sealed.
