摘要: A sterile carbonated beverage filling system includes a beverage sterilizing section which sterilizes a raw material liquid to prepare a sterilized beverage, a beverage cooling section which cools the sterilized beverage, a carbonated beverage producing section which injects carbonic acid gas into the sterilized beverage to prepare a sterile carbonated beverage, and a carbonated beverage filling section which fills the sterile carbonated beverage into a bottle. The beverage sterilizing section, the beverage cooling section, the carbonated beverage producing section, and the carbonated beverage filling section are connected by a beverage supply pipeline. The carbonated beverage filling section and the beverage supply pipeline each include a rotary machine, and a boundary surface between a rotating body and a non-rotating body of the rotary machine is sealed with sterile water or sterile air.

摘要: An aseptic filling machine and an aseptic filling method are provided with which a petaloid-shape bottle or an unstable bottle is filled with sterilized content and sealed with a sterilized cap in an aseptic atmosphere is discharged without a delay from an aseptic zone to a non-aseptic zone and even if the petaloid-shape bottle or the unstable bottle falls over on a discharging conveyor when being discharged from the aseptic zone to the non-aseptic zone, a stopping time of the aseptic filling machine is shortened by providing a barrier chamber into which air containing a gas of a sterilizer is supplied and a discharge portion chamber that shields discharge portions that are provided downstream of the sealing portion that fills the content into the bottle and seals the bottle with the cap.

摘要: To provide a method and an apparatus for sterilizing a preform that can reduce the amount of the remaining hydrogen peroxide in sterilization of a preform, a sterilizer at least containing 30% by mass or less of hydrogen peroxide and a solvent having a boiling point of 85° C. or lower is gasified, the sterilizer gas is blasted to the preform, and the preform to which the sterilizer has been blasted is heated to a temperature suitable for molding by blasting hot air or without blasting hot air. Alternatively, after the preform is irradiated with light containing ultraviolet rays, the sterilizer gas is blasted to the preform, and the preform is heated to a temperature suitable for molding.

摘要: In a carbonated drink filling method, a preform is continuously transferred and introduced into a heating furnace, heated to a temperature for molding the preform into a container, molded into the container in a molding die after the preform exits the heating furnace, conveyed in an upright position during which a coolant (F) is injected to a bottom of the container to cool the bottom. The container is filled with a carbonated drink (a) through a mouth portion of the container, and the mouth portion is then sealed. The coolant is injected in the cooling to the bottom of the container from a nozzle opening on either or both sides of a conveyance line of the container, and the nozzle opening is directed diagonally upward to the bottom of the container in such a manner that an extension of the nozzle opening intersects with the conveyance line of the container.

摘要: At least one of COP and SOP treatments is performed by spraying a predetermined working fluid from spray nozzles within an aseptic chamber accommodated with a filler in a predetermined order, when such at least one of the COP and SOP treatments is performed, the predetermined working fluid is blasted toward externally of the filler in the predetermined order while moving a movable spray nozzle opposing to the filler around the filler from an outer periphery thereof, thus performing the filler cleaning operation. Accordingly, downtime at the drink filling working can be reduced.

摘要: Inner and outer surfaces of a container which is filled with drink are sterilized. A sterilizer is applied to an outer surface of a container by blasting the sterilizer toward the outer surface of the container from at least one nozzle for sterilizer disposed so as not to intersect with a mouth portion of the container, an inner surface of the container is sterilized by heat of a hot-water supplied into the container from a nozzle for hot-water, and the sterilizer adhering to the outer surface of the container is activated with the heat transferred from the hot-water to thereby sterilize the outer surface of the container.

摘要: Provided is a sterilization processing line resulting from an upstream tank (16) and a downstream tank (17) that each retain a product liquid being connected by a duct (18) that transfers the product liquid, a high-temperature heating unit (21) that sterilizes the product liquid being provided to the intermediate section of the duct, one or a plurality of stages of heating units (22, 23) that heat the product liquid in stages being provided to the duct reaching from the upstream tank to the high-temperature heating unit, and one or a plurality of stages of cooling units (24, 25, 26) that cool the product liquid in stages being provided to the duct reaching from the high-temperature processing unit to the downstream tank. A plurality of parallel intermediate duct systems (P, Q) are provided at the interval from the heating unit (23) at the stage that is in a temperature range at which burning to the product liquid can occur to the cooling unit (24) at the stage that similarly is in the temperature range at which burning to the product liquid can occur, and the sterilization processing and the CIP and positive pressure holding processing of the product liquid transferred from the upstream tank to the downstream tank are performed switching between the parallel plurality of intermediate duct systems.

摘要: In a sterilizing method for a drink filling system provided with a drink supply pipe line (7) for feeding drink into a filling machine (2) through a heating sterilizing section (18), wherein hot water or heated steam is fed to the drink supply pipe line (7), F-values are calculated while detecting temperature at a plurality portions of the drink supply pipe line at every predetermined time interval, and a sterilizing process is ended at a time when a minimum F-value reaches an aimed value. According to such method, a working time till the starting of drink filling work or a producing interval time can be shortened.
