Abstract: A terminal block has nuts (10), each with a step (12) slightly recessed and formed at an outer peripheral part of an upper fastening surface (10A) on which conductors are to be placed. A heat sink (40) is arranged below the nuts (10) and an insulating plate (20) is sandwiched between the nuts (10) and the heat sink (40). Resin (60) is molded around these three kinds of members (10, 20, 40). The steps (12) are pressed by resin cut-off parts (73) provided in a first mold (71) for the resin (60). Restricted surfaces (12A) at outer peripheral sides of press surfaces (12B) to be pressed by the resin cut-off parts (73) on the steps (12) are covered by the molded resin (60).

Abstract: A terminal block (10) to be fixed to a motor case (C) which houses a motor body and includes a coolant flow path (C1) and adapted to fasten busbars by tightening bolts includes nuts (30) for tightening the bolts, and a heat sink (40) made of aluminum die-cast and held in close contact with the nuts (30) via an insulation plate (20) behind the nuts (30). The heat sink (40) includes a heat radiating portion (46) which comes into contact with cooling water passing in the coolant flow path (C1) of the motor case (C).

Abstract: A terminal block has conductors extending from devices placed one over another placed on nuts (10) and fastened by a bolt. A heat sink (40) is arranged below the nuts and an insulating plate (20) is sandwiched in close contact with the nuts (10) and the heat sink (40). A molded resin part (60) covers these three members (10, 20 and 40). The insulating plate (20) includes nut accommodating portions (21) capable of accommodating the nuts (10) and bolt escaping recesses (26) projecting downward from a bottom plate (22) of the insulating plate (20). The heat sink (40) includes accommodation recesses (43) into which the bolt escaping recesses (26) fit. The molded resin part (60) is molded with the nuts (10) accommodated in the nut accommodating portions (21) and the accommodation recesses (43) and the bolt escaping recesses (26) fit to each other.

Abstract: A connector is provided with terminals (11) to be connected with terminals (32) of a mating connector (30) by bolting and a nut accommodating portion (20) for accommodating nuts (17) for bolting.
