摘要： A method for mounting a film, used to fabricate a mask for use in screening an electronic device, to a common carrier frame. The common carrier frame has an outer edge along an outer periphery and an opening in a central portion of the frame. The method includes applying external pressure to the frame outer edge to compress the frame inward and reduce the opening, securing a film to the frame, the film covering the frame opening, and releasing the pressure on the frame to expand the opening and place the film in tension.

One example includes a presentation layer software development kit providing a full-featured graphical user interface for the design of web page components and structures. The presentation layer software development kit may integrate with various design, development, compilation, and testing tools to generate production-ready web page output in a scalable architecture. Using the presentation layer software development kit, modifications to the web page content may be generated, tested, and deployed in a real-time basis, reducing design and implementation times.

摘要： A product dispenser assembly for dispensing a liquid or gel composition, the assembly including a container housing having a head portion and an internal chamber for holding a composition, the head portion including a plurality of apertures, a moveable member structured to enable a user to selectively deploy the composition from within the internal chamber through the plurality of apertures, a cap assembly, a first absorbent pad arranged on top of the head portion for receiving the composition as it is deployed from the container, a plurality of absorbent pads arranged in a stacked configuration within cap assembly, each of the plurality of pads being adapted to be sequentially arranged on top of the head portion after the first removable pad has used to apply the composition and then removed by the user.

摘要： Methods for using an apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease, capable of cleaving both single- and double-stranded cDNA, for fragmentation and labeling of single stranded or double stranded DNA molecules are provided. Amplification methods that generate single-stranded amplified cDNA are also disclosed. In the subject methods AP sites in a population of nucleic acids are cleaved by an AP endonuclease that is active on both double and single stranded DNA. Fragments may be end labeled. In preferred embodiments APE 1 is used. The methods may be used in a variety of applications where end-labeling single or double stranded DNA is desired.
