    摘要： An apparatus and method for processing a call in a PTT system where, when an outgoing terminal transmits an invitation message for PTT service or for call setup to a predetermined incoming terminal in a dormant state, the outgoing terminal transmits the invitation message together with address information on the incoming terminal to enable a PTT server to detect the location of the incoming terminal before the invitation message is transmitted to the incoming terminal, thereby reducing the time taken to set up a PTT call.

    摘要： A method and apparatus generate a group service flow in a mobile communication system. An Advanced Mobile Station (AMS) in a mobile communication system transmits an AAI_REG-REQ message, which includes a group service request indicator indicating that it is required to generate the group service flow, to an ABS. The AMS receives an AAI REG-RSP message and an AAI_DSA-REQ message, which includes at least one of a group service flow parameter for the group service flow, a multicasting Station Identifier (STID), a multicasting flow ID, a group service flow ID, and information indicating a use of the group service flow, from the ABS. The AMS then generates the group service flow in cooperation with the ABS in accordance with the AAI_DSA-REQ message.

    摘要： Provided is a method of cross-paging including transmitting mobile terminal location information from a mobile communication system to a heterogeneous mobile communication system after the mobile terminal location registration. The mobile communication system is then requested to page the mobile terminal according to the received information in the heterogeneous mobile communication system and, then the mobile terminal is paged. Further provided is a method of cross-paging that includes determining whether the mobile terminal has been location-registered in the mobile communication system or in the heterogeneous mobile communication system with reference to pre-registered mobile terminal location information when a mobile terminal paging request occurs in the heterogeneous mobile communication system. A cross-paging message is then transmitted from the heterogeneous mobile communication system to the mobile communication system if the mobile terminal has been location-registered in the mobile communication system and then the mobile terminal is paged.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for providing Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) over a wired telephone network are provided. In an Access Point (AP), an access module provides a wireless connection interface for wireless communication with a convergence terminal. A control module controls wireless communication and communications with the wired telephone network to provide the SMS and the MMS to the convergence terminal via the access module. A wired phone module, connected to the access module and the wired telephone network, exchanges wireless communication signals with the wired telephone network. An SMS processor, connected to the access module and the wired telephone network, processes SMS transmission and reception, and an MMS processor, connected to the access module, processes MMS transmission and reception.
