    摘要: The invention is based on a hydraulic system, in particular of an engine brake for an internal combustion engine, having at least one hydraulic actuating element, a positive displacement pump by which pressurized fluid can be pumped from a low-pressure region into a high-pressure region, and a distributor unit (14) having a control output (13) which is connected via a control line with the actuating element, which control output can be pressurized from the high-pressure region and connected to the low-pressure region. In order to obtain the desired control of the actuating elements over a wide range of cycle times and speeds of rotation of the internal combustion engine with a pump of relatively small displacement, a return valve which opens towards the high-pressure region is provided, via which the control line can be connected to the high-pressure region after it has been pressurized from the high-pressure region and before it is connected to the low-pressure region. In this way, excessive carry-over of pressurized fluid from the high-pressure region into the low-pressure region is prevented, so that a positive displacement pump of relatively small displacement is sufficient to produce the pressure desired.

The piston is shiftable between a front position close to the intake opening and a rear position close to the vent hole such that as the liquid lubricant fills the lubricant compartment the piston moves into the rear position. Formations on the piston and on the housing seal between the piston and the housing around the vent hole only when the piston is in the rear position.

A gas generator associated with the gas compartment is electrically energizable to produce gas and thereby pressurize the gas compartment, shift the piston, and express lubricant from the outlet. A controller including a power supply and a circuit is connected between the power supply and the gas generator for feeding current from the power supply to the gas generator. During a first predetermined part of an operational cycle of the dispenser, the gas generator is energized at a first level. During a second predetermined part of an operational cycle after the first time, the gas generator is energized at a second level lower than the first level.

    摘要: A metering device for a lubricant dispenser has an inflow opening and at least two outflow openings for dividing up the amounts of lubricant being conveyed, and has a slide inserted into a housing of the metering device so as to move lengthwise, which slide has an axial bore on the inflow side. The outflow openings are connected to the axial bore of the slide on the inflow side by way of a displacement chamber, in each instance. The displacement chambers are hydraulically separated from one another by kickback valves. A forward stroke of the slide brings about a reduction in volume of the displacement chambers and flow of the lubricant out of the outflow openings. A backward stroke of the slide brings about an increase in volume of the displacement chambers and follow-up flow of the lubricant through the kickback valves.

The pump housing has a first housing section with the radial pistons, and a space for the eccentric which controls the radial pistons and a second housing section with the control outputs. Two distributor disks of the distributor unit are displaceably sealed off axially with respect to each other, the first distributor disk which separates a first pressure zone within the first housing section and a second pressure zone between the two housing sections from each other being adapted to be pressed axially against the first housing section and the second distributor disk which connects a control output in each case only with one pressure zone being adapted to be pressed axially against the second housing section.
