摘要： A fuel vapor treatment device for an automotive vehicle includes a casing having a charge port connected to a fuel tank, a purge port connected to an intake side of an engine, and an atmospheric air port through which atmospheric air is introduced. Fuel vapor adsorbing material is filled in the casing. A filter is disposed in the casing and between the atmospheric air port and the fuel vapor adsorbing material to trap dust contained in atmospheric air. A baffle plate is disposed in the casing and between the atmospheric air port and the filter to change flow of atmospheric air introduced through the atmospheric air port into a generally radial direction. Additionally, an annular space is formed around the baffle plate so that atmospheric air from the baffle plate flows through the annular space to the filter.

摘要： A slider (1) for a slide fastener comprises a slider body (2) having a mounting hole (13) formed therethrough; an attaching pole (4) having a pin hole (21) formed at the upper end to extend laterally therethrough. The attaching pole (4) is upwardly inserted through the mounting hole (13) with its pin hole (21) lying beyond the upper surface of the slider body (2). A pull tab (3) has two attachment lugs (25) formed at its proximal end and provided with their respective pin apertures (26). A pin (5) is inserted into the pin hole (21) of the attaching pole (4) and the pin apertures (26) of the pull tab (3), so that the pull tab (3) is pivotally mounted on the attaching pole (4). The slider (1) may have a shock-absorbing member (50) made of soft materials and mounted on the pull tab (3) at the region where the pull tab (3) contacts the slider body (2) in order to prevent the pull tab (3) from causing rattling noises.

摘要： A reflecting warp-knit slide fastener tape is knitted with several kinds of knitting patterns. A marginal portion onto which fastener elements are attached extends along one longitudinal edge of the tape. The marginal portion is formed by tricot-stitch yarns, weft-inlaid yarns, and chain-stitch yarns which prevent the marginal portion from stretching. In the web portion, in addition to the tricot-stitch yarns and the weft-inlaid yarns one or more reflective members, which is in the form of a strip of retroreflective or light-reserve reflective film, are knitted in between wales contiguous to the marginal portion. The reflective members are sandwiched between the weft-inlaid and tricot-stitch yarns. The tricot-stitch yarns are transparent synthetic fiber yarns in order not to obstruct the reflecting feature of the reflective members. The resulting reflecting portion is exposed to the front surface of the tape continuously along its entire length, giving a neat appearance particularly suitable for the dress and the traffic-safety clothing as well.

A base portion is fixed to front and rear surfaces of the tape main body of the male or female synthetic resin snap fastener, and a substantially cylindrical engaging protruding portion projects vertically from the base portion. A ring-like continuous concave groove portion, which has the same center as the base portion and an inner diameter exceeding the inner diameter of the engaging protruding portion, is provided on any one of front and rear surfaces of the base portion. The engaging protruding portion and the continuous concave groove portion have depth reaching the tape main body.

摘要： A swivel hook comprises a hook body including a housing body having a housing chamber which has a opening facing toward a side thereof and a pair of overhangs formed in opposed inner surfaces of the housing chamber, a hook proper provided on the housing body, a latch member mounted on the housing body and being movable into or out of engagement with the hook proper and biasing means mounted on the housing body for normally biasing the latch member causing it to come into engagement with the hook proper; an annular link having a connecting axle provided on one side thereof, the connecting axle having an enlarged head formed on its distal end, the connecting axle rotatably mounted in the housing chamber through the opening with the enlarged head engaging the overhangs; and a plug member closing the opening, thus confining the enlarged head in the housing chamber so that the connecting ring is pivotally and retentively mounted on the hook body.

摘要： An adjuster of a string-end-fixing portion of an article includes first and second sliders which are mounted on an ordinary fastener chain so as to oppose to each other with shoulder mouths thereof opposed to each other and a connecting member for connecting the first and second sliders. The adjuster of the string-end-fixing portion is attached to a handling portion for adjusting a portion, one end of a string or the like is fixed to the first and second sliders or the connecting member while the other end is fixed to the string-end-fixing portion of the article so as to move the string-end-fixing portion, maintain the string-end-fixing portion after adjusting operation of the string-end-fixing portion, and facilitate attaching the string or the like again if a fixing of the string or the like fixed to the slider or the like is released.
