    摘要： Snap fastener part comprising an axis (30), a coupling means (10) for coupling with a complementary coupling means of the other snap fastener part, a fixing means (14) for fixing the coupling means (10) to a carrier material (32), a cap (12) for covering the coupling means (10) on a side facing away from the carrier material (32) and a protrusion (28) on the side of the coupling means (10) facing away from the carrier material (32), said protrusion (28) encircling the axis (30), the fixing means (14) comprising at least one leg (16, 18, 20, 22, 24) which engages behind the coupling means (10) on the side facing away from the carrier material (32) when assembled and which is placed between the surface of the coupling means (10) facing away from the carver material (32) and the cap (12). According to the invention the protrusion (28) is broken by the leg (16, 18, 20, 22, 24) and the surface of the protection facing away from the carrier material (32) is flush with the surface of the leg (16, 18, 20, 22, 24) facing away from the carrier material or surmounts it.

    摘要： A female member of a snap fastener with tape comprising a female button made of synthetic resin which is integrally molded on front and back faces of the tape so as to hold a peripheral edge of an attachment hole of the tape having at least one attachment hole and which has an engaging opening to be engaged with a male button at a substantially center portion of the female button. The female button has at least one mold hole extending in a front and back direction of the tape, and at least one portion of the tape extends to an inside of the female button across the mold hole. At least one cut-out recessed in a diameter direction of the female button is defined in a portion of an inner peripheral engaging face of the engaging opening, and a gate burr is formed at a bottom face of the cut-out. Therefore, in the snap button with tape, and a manufacturing method and a mold of the snap button, in spite of a mold with a simple structure having a small number of pairs of pin members, gate burrs are not exposed on a surface, and the snap button can be easily manufactured without a special step for removing the gates, and the button can be firmly secured to the tape.

    摘要： A tape with snap fastener in which fixing strength of a fastener to a tape main body is secured and which is excellent in durability by eliminating a possibility that the fastener may contact directly the tape upon engagement and disengagement and has good external design performance. A base portion is fixed to front and rear surfaces of the tape main body of the male or female synthetic resin snap fastener, and a substantially cylindrical engaging protruding portion projects vertically from the base portion. A ring-like continuous concave groove portion, which has the same center as the base portion and an inner diameter exceeding the inner diameter of the engaging protruding portion, is provided on any one of front and rear surfaces of the base portion. The engaging protruding portion and the continuous concave groove portion have depth reaching the tape main body.
