Abstract: A system is provided for load testing a lift beam. The system includes a load testing framework configured to support the lift beam, a first connector configured to couple with a lift connector of the lift beam, and a second connector configured to couple with a load connector of the lift beam. The system also includes at least one drive configured to force the first and second connectors away from one another to load test the lift beam.

Abstract: This disclosure provides manifolds, manifold components, and heat recover steam generator systems. An output line of an output manifold is fluidically connected to at least one downstream process. A first collection line is fluidically connected to a plurality of header lines by a first set of header links. A second collection line is fluidically connected to the plurality of header lines by a second set of header links. A connecting junction fluidically connects the first collection line and the second collection line to the output line.

Abstract: A system includes a heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) configured to generate steam from a supply of feed water using exhaust gases. The HRSG includes a heater configured to receive a supply of steam and further heat the steam. The heater includes a first manifold and a first set of branch connections circumferentially spaced about a first circumferential axis of the first manifold. Each of the branch connections routes a fluid jet of steam into a lumen of the first manifold.

Abstract: This disclosure provides flow components, methods of additive manufacture, and output manifolds for heat recovery steam generators incorporating flow components. A flow component may include an annular wall that defines a flow path for a fluid. The annular wall may have a normative region and a stress region. The annular wall in the stress region may include a continuous skin to form a portion of the interior wall surface and an additive manufactured mesh adjacent to the continuous skin to the interior of the annular wall. The annular wall in the normative region may have a cross-section with a different structure than the stress region.
