    Abstract: A system for aggregating a working fluid includes a fluid delivery line defining a fluid connection to at least one downstream process component; a plurality of collection lines each fluidically connected to a plurality of header lines by a respective set of header links; and a connecting junction fluidically connecting each of the plurality of collection lines to the fluid delivery line, the connecting junction including: at least one tee member oriented substantially perpendicularly with respect to the fluid delivery line, the at least one tee member connected to the fluid delivery line, and a plurality of branch fluid lines each fluidically coupling a respective one of the plurality of collection lines to the at least one tee member.

    Abstract: Hinged baffle assemblies for heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) are disclosed. The baffle assemblies may include a baffle plate for directing exhaust fluid through a casing of the HRSG. The baffle plate may include first and second ends, a first surface exposed to the exhaust fluid flowing through the casing, and a second surface opposite the first surface. The baffle assemblies may also include a hinge component coupled to the first end of the baffle plate and positioned within/fixed relative to the casing. Additionally, the baffle assemblies may include a first diverter plate positioned adjacent to the second end of the baffle plate. The first diverter plate may directly contact the first surface of the baffle plate and may aid in directing the exhaust fluid through the casing of the HRSG.

    Abstract: Heat recovery steam generators (HRSGs) including components and systems for reducing thermal stress experienced by manifolds within the HRSGs are disclosed. The HRSG may include a manifold receiving a working fluid of the HRSG, a plurality of piping links in fluid communication with the manifold, and an enclosure surrounding the manifold and the plurality of piping links. The HRSG may also include at least one thermal element positioned within the enclosure. The thermal element(s) may surround the manifold. Additionally, or alternatively, the HRSG may include a supplemental heating system in fluid communication with an interior of the enclosure. The supplemental heating system may include a heater for heating fluid (e.g., air), and an inlet conduit in fluid communication with and positioned downstream of the heater. The inlet conduit may be formed through the enclosure to provide the heated fluid to the interior of the enclosure.

An output line of an output manifold is fluidically connected to at least one downstream process. A first collection line is fluidically connected to a plurality of header lines by a first set of header links. A second collection line is fluidically connected to the plurality of header lines by a second set of header links.     Abstract: A heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) includes: a plurality of vertically-aligned HRSG tubes; and a plurality of stepped tube restraints coupled to the plurality of vertically aligned HRSG tubes. Each stepped tube restraint includes a plurality of tube restraints. The plurality of tube restraints are arranged in an array such that each successive tube restrain is vertically higher than and axially aft of an adjacent tube restraint.
