The method includes: After a beam failure occurs on a first beam on a first carrier, a first terminal device activates resources of candidate beams on the first carrier. The first beam is a beam used for communication between the first terminal device and a second terminal device. The first terminal device communicates with the second terminal device based on a second beam. The second beam is one of the candidate beams. The beam failure recovery method and apparatus, and the system can reduce overheads of a beam failure recovery procedure in a sidelink system.

Abstract: An access control method, performed by a client proxy apparatus running on a terminal device, includes intercepting a first negotiation packet. The first negotiation packet is from a first application client on the terminal device and is used to perform negotiation to establish a first session. The first session is between the first application client and a first server. The first session meets an encryption strength requirement. The method also includes adding authentication information corresponding to the first application client to a transport layer packet header of the first negotiation packet to obtain a modified first negotiation packet. The method further includes sending the modified first negotiation packet to a gateway device.

Abstract: A system and a method for evaluating transmission performance related to a network node, and a related device are disclosed. The system includes a network node and a control node. The network node is configured to obtain a test packet, and process the test packet by using a virtual switch, to generate a mirrored packet corresponding to the test packet. The control node is configured to receive the mirrored packet from the network node, to evaluate, based on the mirrored packet, transmission performance of at least a part of link that is related to the network node and that is in a path. The control node obtain transmission performance of the network node in the path and the transmission performance of at least a part of link that is related to the network node.

Abstract: A method includes obtaining locations of n original track points P1 to Pn during a moving process of a mobile terminal. The method also includes performing a filtering process on the n original track points P1 to Pn.
