摘要: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a first network node, first indication information sent by a second network node, where the first indication information is used by the first network node to determine first duration, and the first duration is duration from receiving a first data packet by the first network node to sending the first data packet by the first network node; and sending, by the first network node, the first data packet based on the first indication information. The data transmission method and apparatus provided in embodiments of this application help ensure that a communications network transmits a data packet based on a duration requirement.

摘要: The present invention provides a radio access network device, a user equipment, and a method for reporting status of a buffer. The method includes: determining whether a rate at which a user equipment receives service data is lower than a rate at which the user equipment plays service data; increasing resource for receiving downlink service data for the user equipment if it is determined that the rate at which the user equipment receives service data is lower than the rate at which the user equipment plays service data. The present invention solves the problem of service interruption caused when all the service data cached in the buffer is consumed due to that the rate at which the user equipment receives service data is lower than the rate at which the user equipment plays service data after network environment changes, thereby guaranteeing the continuity of the service.

摘要: A method for configuring a cell is provided. Configuration information of a first cell is obtained, wherein the configuration information comprises position information of one or more multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) sub-frames in a radio frame of the first cell. A radio frame of a second cell is configured according to the configuration information of the first cell. In the method for configuring the cell, interference between the first cell and the second cell is reduced.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a data transmission method, a device, and a system, and relate to the communications field, to reduce signaling exchanges between an access network device and a UE, thereby saving network resources and improving data transmission efficiency. The data transmission method includes: receiving, by a user equipment UE, a scrambled control channel; descrambling, by the UE, the scrambled control channel by using a first identifier, to obtain control information and cyclic redundancy code CRC; and after the UE completes a check on the CRC, receiving, by the UE according to the control information, data sent by an access network device.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for accessing a network by a UE, and an access device. The method includes: sending, by a source side access device, an access indication message to a UE, where the access indication message is used to instruct the UE to access a target side access device; or sending, by a source side access device, a first notification message to a target side access device, where the first notification message is used to instruct the target side access device to send, to a UE, access information used to instruct the UE to access the target side access device; and in a process in which the UE accesses the target side access device, maintains a connection between the UE and the source side access device, therefore, a service interruption is not caused.
