    Abstract: A network management system includes a non-transitory computer readable medium configured to store instructions thereon. The network management system further includes a processor connected to the non-transitory computer readable medium. The processor is configured to execute the instructions for receiving first log data from a first component in a network, wherein the first log data includes first log information; and parsing the first log data using a trained neural network to define parsed log data, wherein parsing the first log data includes organizing the first log information into a predefined sequence of information, and the parsed log data includes at least a signal source and a signal message. The processor is configured to execute the instructions for generating a unified model language (UML) diagram based on the parsed log data; and determining whether an error is present in the first component based on the UML diagram.

    Abstract: A system and method provide a combination of a modular message structure, a priority-based message packing scheme, and a data packet queue management system to optimize the information content of a transmitted message in, for example, the Ocean of Things (OoT) environment. The modular message structure starts with a header that provides critical information and reference points for time and location. The rest of the message is composed of modular data packets, each of which has a data ID section that the message decoder uses for reference when reconstructing the message contents, an optional size section that specifies the length of the following data section if it can contain data of variable length, and a data section that can be compressed in a manner unique to that data type. The message packing scheme uses a combination of priority level and minimum reporting interval, both of which are dynamically configurable for each data packet type, to maximize the value of the information contained in the modular data packets included in each message. Finally, the data packet queues manage temporary storage of data packets that have been generated but not yet included in an outgoing message.

    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to a centralized computing system that interacts with a plurality of data centers, each having an edge server. Each edge server obtains sensor information from a plurality of sensors and processes the sensor information to detect an imminent shutdown and sends emergency data to a centralized processing entity when detected. In order to make a decision, the edge server processes the sensor data based on dynamic sensor thresholds and dynamic prioritizer data by syncing with the centralized computing system. Because of the short time duration to report emergency data before an imminent complete shutdown, an edge server may utilize a quantum data pipeline and quantum data storage as a key medium for all data transfer in a normal condition and at the time of emergency for internally transporting processed sensor data and providing the emergency data to the centralized processing entity.
